All Color Painting

The price was right, Joe quickly volunteered to remove my old aluminum windows leaning on the side of the house. He assured he would help select colors, as he is an artist. That didn't happen, so I selected them, and am happy with them. Rain delayed the start, then he had to catch up. His crew worked quickly, and at first glance it was great. Until I saw the concrete fountain had been broken and an electrical box knocked off the wall at the back of the house. After I paid him on June 16, of course. Oh, they didn't bother to tell me what had happened, so I had to call to let him know. He came back right away, said the obligatory "so sorry I'll fix it. I'm an artist". And his screen door fellow would do the electrical. So I was left with windows strewm across the back yard for so long the hot sun burned the junipers they were leaned up against for several weeks. He recommended a fellow to install a screen door. I tried a full 6 weeks more to get the door installed, and finally hired someone else on July 25. The windows were still strewn across the backyard until the following week, when I was told he was doing me a favor, so I shouldn't be mad at him. OK, except I didn't ask, he volunteered before he gave me the estimate. As for the fountain , he glued the broken pieces in, then filled the cracks with spackle. His sanding the surface is still rough, and unpainted, more than two months later. This time it was because he was having trouble matching the color. If I ignore the bits of paint roller fuzz that are painted into the trim, the paint job is OK. Colors are good, but I did that myself, and will finish the fountain repair myself, too. Oh, I still have two sliding doors to dispose of, too, as his truck wasn't big enough to take them away with the rest. Much as I would like to, I simply cannot recommend All Color Painting.

I wish I had read this review before accepting the bid. I'm crossing my fingers that I don't have problems in 6 months.

We have used All Color Painting to paint our home, our parents home, and have referred him to numerous clients over the past 5 years. They always are responsive and do an excellent job.

Hired company to paint house exterior, found Joe not very patient in trying to find right color! Work was done in a day but paint started to crack and peel in 6 months - took 4 months for Joe to respond to messages and another 2 to repair paint.Removed brick from a garden wall to repair but would not haul away and was not told before hand that it wouldn't be disposed of!!
