Just had terrific/horrible experience with Massage Envy Livermore. Massage therapists are fantastic. Management/pricing/gift card policies are deceptive, confusing and self-defeating. So sad, great people, great product, yet I'll never go back or buy gift cards because of screwy management, pricing and policies.

First off; save your money. Great Massage therapists and front desk service, but their management needs to learn about customer service and providing value to customers.I was a member, paying a monthly subscription. Over time i accumulated a balance of massages. I canceled the service, which took 3 months to complete and continued to use my balance of massages until that 3 month term was over. When the cancellation was finally completed, they expired my remaining balance. Never did they make that verbally clear, never called to tell me they were expiring the balance, they just took it as straight profit to their business without providing any value to their customer. Awful.That's just bad business; take money from a customer and not provide service. At a minimum they should have made a phone call a month out to let me know that the balance would expire.I'm steering clear of this company; plenty of other massage vendors out there with more consideration for their customers. I'd recommend that to all of you too.
