They were very pleasant to work with on the phone and when the technician arrived at my house. The best Appliance Repair, buisness Ive used!! I will keep their card on my fridge and call next time I need help.

I discovered that my dryer wasn’t drying as good as it used to. It used to take 30 min to dry a load, now it would take 2-3 cycles do get the same amount of clothe dried. I was recommended Rocky Mountain Appliance Repair by a neighbor. They’ve used them a few times for the oven and fridge. So, I called them on Friday morning to see if they could be here today. They had a tech available in the afternoon. The customer service rep. was very nice and answered all the questions that I asked. So, I went ahead and scheduled them to come. A nice young man by the name of Josh came over. He was very professional and knew what the problem was right the way. He replaced some coil and the dryer was back up and running. He used a thermometer to measure the temperature and make sure the problem was gone. Everything was done within an hour. Very timely! Our GE refrigerator kept freezing it's fan shut. Every time we had to open up the fridge and melt the ice around the fan. Well they fixed it fast and well. No problem since they repaired it 2 weeks ago (the fridge use to stop at least once a week)

I made an appointment between 3 and 5pm and Shane showed up at 3 on the dot. He was careful taking the bottom of the fridge apart (more careful than we had been) and added a little de-icer (sorry, don't know the technical term) where the fan was. He put the fridge back together and cleaned up well. He was in our house for only an hour and now it all works perfectly. The fridge is even colder than it used to be.

This company was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I took their advice. Bottom line: they get the job done. At least in my case. Bosch oven repair, no problem. All they had to do was get the parts from Bosch, and they came and took care of the problems. I'm good as new! Priced pretty competitively, and I'm always down to pay a little bit more to make sure things work. I'm just happy its working top-notch once more.

Very professional and courteous. They got my dryer up and running again in a timely manner. The technician gave me a discount on a dryer vent cleaning. I did not realize the dangers of dryer vents causing house fires. Well worth the peace of mind.

Friendly and persistent. The technician had a challenge on my refrigerator because the broken ice dispenser arm is part of the door and not sold separate. In a weeks time he was able to fabricate a new piece. Works perfect and saved me at least $500 by not replacing the entire stainless steel door. Bravo!

My refrigerator was not cooling on the fridge side. I thought for sure we would have to buy a new fridge for over $1,000. The technician spent a great deal of time doing his due diligence to diagnose the problem. Problem fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
