I have had the worst buying experience from Phil long Ford in Littleton. Jennifer let us test drive a few cars that was all good. I picked the 2013 For Fusion with 28, thousand miles on it. Then a week half later they call and want the car back because they say the financial did not go through. Why seND you home with the car. Know she wants me to buy a car that is a Toyota camera with 77, thousand miles. Why would I want to buy a cAR that is on its last leg and to boot a payment for the next 5 years. What's the point on buying a car Ifor you are still going to have to rent a car to go to see your kids in Grand Junction. I was buying a new car to not have to do that.I did love my fords just because of this crapy service I will never go buy a car from a ford dealer ever again. Very unhappy with the customer service.
Bought my 2015 Ford Escape the end of August. They took care of everything for me from getting the vehicle with the options I wanted, financing, and even took in my car as a walk in for the first oil change. Great experience! Will be a repeat customer as my son will be needing a car when he turns 16 next year!
The used car sales person, Justin Casteel, made the experience very pleasant. Will felt little pressure and Justin addressed all our questions honestly.
The finance people found us a lower interest rate than we had from our own credit union. This saved us about $15 a month, not a lot, but it always is nice to have a savings.

Jason T I recently purchased a new truck from Ed Lussier at Phil Long Ford. It was an excellent exsperance. It only took a couple of hours, and I was driving off the lot in my new truck! (Actually the best exsperance I've had buying a car.) You should give Ed a call,(303-933-5725) I'm sure they still have a couple of cars and trucks left.
We have used Phil Long Ford for 15 years. We strayed back in 2012 and went to another dealership--- never again. Phil Long Ford beats other dealerships hands down with customer service and selection. They will meet what ever need you have. Ask for Juan Montoya if you go--- he was knowlegebale on all levels!
Bought a new Ford from another used dealership but the recalls had not been done on it. So I brought it to Phil Long and worked with Brad to get it all taken care of. Wonderful experience. I just came from a Hyundai and for 3 years I had THE WORST experiences with the service teams at literally every metro Denver dealership. So to have a new car and know I can call Brad and bring it in, have a pleasant, wonderful experience (and eat lunch in their Henry Ford Cafe - which was delish) while I get my car serviced -- ALL THE MORE REASON TO BUY FORD! ;) Thanks Phil Long Ford!
