Furnace went out on Friday night and Gary (who is the owner) came out Saturday morning. Temps were in the 20's that weekend. His work is excellent, his prices are awesome and he is so thorough. He explains everything and gave us options on how to proceed; replacing furnace or replacing part which he was 90% sure was the problem. It's a Trane furnace which can only use their parts. He was correct in his observation and there was no after hours surcharge that most companies charge for a Saturday. Have used this company for 4 years and highly recommend.
I needed to get my furnace serviced and certified after a home inspection found some issues. I called Hot 'n' Cold and Gary was great in the times that he offered to come.
I was amazed at what a thorough job he did and I will certainly be using him for all my future HVAC needs.
