        Disappointing practice toward female customer

        I used this shop several times before taking my old car in to have brakes fixed. I was quoted $ 1,900 for the job. I am no expert, but that was just outrageous estimate. I took the car to the dealership few blocks away and they estimated same job to be $ 890. It was still way too much and I took it to another very reputable service. I spent exactly $127 and cost of labor was $200. There was nothing wrong with the system, nothing broken like the original estimate said, simple brake pads replacement. I understand we all need to make money, but over-estimating to such an extent is horrible. I was very sad that I cannot depend on this place to fix my car for somewhatt normal cost. $ 1,900 vs. $323 is not funny. Telling me that part is broken when it is Ok is not right.
