        Overall

        Tried them for a month. Not happy with the job they did. Lawn was not evenly cut and sometimes they came and cut it after a heavy rain. One guy was smoking while on my property. I will look elsewhere.

        This company is great! First of all they answer the phone. In the rare case that you have to leave a message they call you back fast.

        Affordable, AND great customer service!

        Not many lawn care companies actually answer their phone, let alove respond to issues when they arrise. John Erbert and his team do a great job. You will almost always get someone on the phone. They do a great job with the maintaining the lawn. Payment is easy on the credit card. Painless and easy. Good job guys.

        over promise and under deliver

        Terrible customer service. Poor lawn care. They just churn and burn through customers. The owner of the company refused to discuss or resolve a billing question with me, the billing employee never returned my calls, and then they have the nerve to harass me! And my lawn looked below average the summer they mowed it, 2008. Thanks goodness I'm not working with them this year!
