Dean the owner seems like a nice guy but this is what happened to meWhen replacing parts on my chimney they used old used damaged materials. I called to complain and spoke to Dean the owner and he stated that he would get back to me. Never received a callTwo years later I received a call from Dean again looking for business from me. I explained that I didn't have a good experience with his company last time. He explained that he was the owner and very sorry and would like to try and make it right, so I went against my better judgement and scheduled an appt. The day of the appt. he called 10 minutes before time to cancel do to emergency chimney call said he would call me back and surprise surprise I never got a call. This is the action of an owner trying to win a customer back. There are many companies out there that care about customers and reputation of the business they own I suggest going with one of them

Dean and his sons have taken care of out chimneys for at least 25 years. They are very thorough, helpful, and always remind us when we need to have our chimneys checked. On 1 visit, Dean discovered a very serious potential fire hazard, and got it fixed very quickly. We also have had an annoying leak around one chimney, and he and his sons have kept up with the problem, and pretty much have it solved, at no additional expense to us. We think the world of them, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We have been in our new home now for 10 years and we have two fireplaces. Chimney Sweeps of America have been cleaning our fireplaces since we moved in. I like there follow up system,each year they call to see if we are ready for a cleaning. They have always done a great job and are very professional.

They removed squirrels from my attic; when I noticed I still had the problem I called the company, and I could not get them to call me back. I still have the squirrel problem. I spent lots $$.
