Interestingly enough, I've talked to at least 3 other people who have had very similar negative experiences JUST LOOKING in this store. The sales people here act like they have some sort of elitist complex, unless of course you are buying loads of their overpriced furniture, consequentially lining their pockets. I talked to an ex-sales person from this store and he told me their sales force is told to walk EVERY customer through the whole store... now, I can't speak for everybody, but sometimes I just wanna be allowed to walk freely through a store from time to time without a shadow following me every step of the way...
