5280 Residential Garage Doors

Brothers Matt and Nick showed up on time and provided me with a fair estimate of time to repair and cost. Because my door had been installed with two different size springs, they had to order a pair of matched springs to preclude future breaks. A temporary clamp was installed on the broken spring to allow use of the garage door. Matt returned with his father at the appointed time and both springs were replace in a short time at a responable price. Nepotism in the work force can be a problem, but when it comes to nepotism in a family business, it can be a benefit because neither family member wants to make the other look bad. These three men took the latter to heart and did a job they could be proud of, and one that made my wife and I very happy.

I came home at 4:50 pm on a snowy, Friday night. When I pulled into the garage, I heard a loud "POP" and knew that our garage door spring had snapped. I called up Bob from 5280 Residential and he came over to our house by 5:45 pm and he fixed the door. I couldn't believe I was able to get someone to fix our door, late on a Friday without an appointment. He and his son, Nick, were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend their services.

Bob and Matt showed up EARLY (not late!) to install my new garage door. They clearly explained everything they were going to do, approximately how long it would take and then the got to work. Every scrap of the old door disappeared and I had my brand new garage door!! The price was far better than anyone else had quoted me, they didn’t leave so much as a stray washer behind and they even put my heavy work bench back after they finished working. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

I had used their service two times. First, I had a large garage door that the chain lift came out. I called and they were here the next day. It was fixed in just a few minutes and has worked great since.The second time, my automatic mechanism stopped working. Again, they came out in a timely manner and put in a new auto door opener. Great service and very reasonable cost. These guys know what they are doing.
