Agree with everyone else here. This place is a complete joke. Don't be fooled by the nice skin. Once you are here the inattentive staff treats you like dirt. They are incompetent in every imaginable way... From maintenance to administration. Run away!

These apartments seem beautiful at first, don't let that fool you. When we first moved in things were good at first, a nice pool area, club house and nice apartment. It wasn't long before they decided to stop heating the pool they advertised to us when we moved in. You see the pool is supposed to be heated at 85 degrees year round, well they decided just not do heat it anymore and not take care of it, the hot tub is barely hot as well! Then we have had many issues in our apartment that the maintenece has not fixed and did not believe us about, it took multiple visits to get things taken care of, and they are rude and ignorant. The people at the front desk (not the head manager Michelle she is the only person I go to anymore she is great) are rude, liars and not helpful. They treat residents like crap and lie. The parking situation is awful! The units themselves are beautiful and we wish we loved it here but we are leaving as soon as our lease is up, like many other people. People are moving in and out all the time, a high turnover rate is nothing to boast about. I expected a lot more from these apartments especially with the rent we pay, I wish to see things get better, but they just seem to be getting worse and worse. Please look elsewhere if you want luxury living, because you just get ripped off here and almost everyone agrees, we talk with multiple other residents when we go to the pool about how they complain al the time but nothing changes. RUN.

Here is a story. We went on vacation and accidently locked out house keys in the apartment. We called RIGHT away to inform the office and ask them to take the lock out key, open our door and leave our keys under the mat. I made the leasing agent call me to ensure it was done so we wouldn't have to spend the whole vacation worrying. We knew the office would be closed when we returned and we didn't want to be locked out after a long day of traveling. The agent called us back to let us know it had all been taken care of and we were relieved. TURNS OUT, WE GOT HOME AT MIDNIGHT AND IT HAD NEVER BEEN DONE. I was locked out with the flu after a day of traveling. We had to stay the night in a hotel because when we called the emergency lock out number, they didn't have a lock out key for our apartment. It was HORRIBLE.
I have never registered to write a review for anything, but I honestly want to save someone from buying into this place. The apartments appear to be nicer/newer than most, but they are slowly being destroyed by the trashy residents living 10 to a place.
This place has LOVELY potential when we first signed a lease with here. The team was INCREDIBLE and did everything to ensure that we were comfortable paying a lot more to enjoy a luxurious apartment.
But after living here for a year and a half, everything has fallen apart. There has been 3-5 teams since the first one. Every one is worse than the last. They have lost checks, over charged and waited 3+ weeks to cash our rent checks.
It seems like every other week, I am receiving a letter about unpaid rent.
I ALWAYS pay on time, never underpay and am a genuinely organized person.
I am sad that I have dumped so much money into a place that pretends to be fancy. It's not worth the money and I am inclined to yell ""DON'T DO IT!"" when I see people taking tours.
Also, there isn't enough parking for residents and one day they just decided to start giving tickets. I parked in the same spot for months and one day I woke up with a 50 dollar ticket.
Take your money elsewhere. Greystar is a JOKE.

For the amount of money you pay for these apartments you really get to hear the noise that your neighbors make and when they play their music around your unit, sometimes I can even hear them talking. The management and maintenance team are a joke. They even have the craziest rules, you cant even have anything like a BBQ grill on the balcony just patio furniture and plants. The garages are so small you cant store much like a bike and a car in it at the same time, and if you just park your car in there you can barley open the doors. They also valet waste that you have to pay for weather you use the service or not, and if you use it you are not allowed to put the containers of trash outside your door until an hour before they pick up at 8pm and working from 3pm-11:30pm I cant even use the service except for on Sunday on my last day off from work. I am not happy with these apartments and I do not recommend them to anyone. They are way overpriced and not worth the hassle

I was excited to live in a BRAND NEW apartment but my experience has been less than stellar. First the apartment was so slapped together that there is still construction damage. But the more serious issue is that management and maintenance take no responsibility for the community.
It is just after New Year's and I could barely walk along the back street this morning because of the over-flowing poop containers. You can't walk on the grass any longer because the latest crop of residents don't seem to care whether they pick up after their dogs or not. Foul, foul, foul.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the response from management basically is ""we'll check on it."" UNACCEPTABLE! I'm sorry - this is supposedly an ""upscale"" community and management doesn't want to get their hands dirty by cleaning up the dog doo, leaving it to a ""service"" to handle.
I'm an executive and I will tell you that if I told the chairman of the board of my company that ""I will check on it"" and didn't take responsibility for the company (whether it is my job or not), I wouldn't still be here.
It is inappropriate to provide excuses for not cleaning the place up. Oh - and this is the place where the tenants now pay $25.00 per month for ""valet"" trash service because the owners want it to be considered ""high end."" What a joke! Dog crap everywhere, overflowing out of the poop canisters, and no responsibility on the part of ANYONE for cleaning it up.
Oh - and I almost forgot - Christmas weekend some lovely tenant let their pooch poop in the breezeway. That crap sat there for three days despite a discussion with the leasing agent - ""not my job"" she says.
I will not be renewing my lease. I agree with ""member1133"" when s/he says: ""RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY.""

We were very excited about living here as these are brand new apartments. What a huge disappointment the management staff has been! Don't waste your time! They never follow up on anything, misplace documents with sensitive information, and mostly DON'T LISTEN TO THE RESIDENTS! The management of this place has NO IDEA what they are doing. Run, don't walk away.
