LAST TIME:“We Brought our truck in to be repaired and was lied to from day one. They had the truck for over a week before they even submitted a warranty issue to ford. They sent us over to Heartz for a rental car that we were told they would pay they never did and stuck us with a bill Over $2000 due to the fact they had the truck for over three weeks! To top it off they told us they could not fix the truck that they just sold to us brand new $90k truck that now has the Death Wobble and cant be driven due to the fact it loses complete control out of nowhere at highway speeds they told us to pick it up and said nothing they could do for us. The only thing they did is make the truck worse and refuse to pay for the rental. Their General Manager is a real piece of work. When speaking to him about my concerns he told me the $90,000 “F250 Platinum is NOT DESIGNED TO GO MORE THAN 65MPH, if I wanted a race truck I should have bought and F150!” And he could care less because this is fords problem not his. I explained to him that he sold us the truck not ford. He told me he would not Speak to me and to stop acting mature and to act like a man and deal with the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I been so disrespected! So end result is I'm out Well over $90,000 on the truck and out another $2000 on the rental! There excuse for not paying the rental was that they don't Work with Heartz!!! Yet they are the ones that recommended them to me know they would pick up the tab and even directed me there. Service manager told me that even though his service adviser made that mistake it was not his responsibility. They have lied to me over and over. When we purchased the truck they lost our checks twice and double charged us on tax because they did not verify what part of the county we lived in. They ignored me for over three months they waited almost for to even send us a check for the difference.

My truck was damaged in the hail in April. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They were all professional and courteous, but they also did an amazing job on my truck. Every single inch of my truck was damaged by hail and they fixed it all. It looks like I have a brand new truck!! Also, I did not have rental car coverage with my insurance company, so they ended up giving me a loaner from the Ford Dealership at no charge!!! They saved my life, seriously! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. HUGE Kudos to Warren. He's the person you want to deal with if you ever need to take your vehicle into this center. He is, hands down, the best person I have ever dealt with. He kept me informed continuously how the progress of my car was coming along. I never ever had to call and check on things. He handled everything with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Thank you, Warren and Autonation!!!!!!
Mike Ward Infiniti is one of the best places I have ever been too!! they are courteous, fast and they were so patient with me when I had never been there and did not know what to do I am so glad that I bought an infinity and I will always drive from Elizabeth Colorado to Mike Ward Infiniti in Littleton to get my service done on my car thank you all so much!!
I am so disappointed and annoyed in the customer service I received with this place. I called on Wednesday, March 1st to ask about a Super Air Nautique that was listed on the website and in boat trader. I spoke with Chris George who explained he owned the boat but was selling it through Grand Lakes Marine where he worked. I told him we were very interested but since there were only 3 actual photo’s of the boat if he could send me more before we made an offer. I even said that I would be close to $40,000 and would he think that would work. No problem he would send photo’s and we would talk more, even storing the boat till spring was no problem. No photos or calls to apologize that he never sent anything so I texted him Friday to ask where the photo’s were. By Monday I called and left a message, texted again and finally on Tuesday I called the store and they put me through to Chris. He then told me the boat had an offer already with a walk through on the weekend and that they were going with that offer. Furiously I said to him I had no photo’s or calls from him surely as an interested customer he would have let me know. He then blamed it on his boss who took the offer but it wasn’t yet set in stone and he would let me know later that day. Then he asked what my offer would be which is so shady to see if it was higher!!!! When I asked about another boat he jumped all over it and said he would hold this for me no problem. By 4pm I tried to figure out the status of the boat and left him a message and texted – NOTHING. Worst customer service I have ever received – still no photos, communication or owning up to any standards. They have treated me like a used car salesman – I would never do business with this place and warn others of how you will be treated! I am reporting this type of service to the better business bureau. When I called to speak to a supervisor they refused and put me back on the phone with Chris – who at this point has done NOTHING!

My wife and I Recently went to PEAK KIA to do some car browsing when we were Approached by Sophie Pearson A Rep. She was very helpful and explained every thing to our Satisfaction. because of her help we went a head and purchased our new 2015 KIA Sportage . I would recommend Her and PEAK KIA for your next new vehicle. Sincerely, Rick & Joan Vann
For being a "luxury car dealership" the service certainly wasn't up to par. Right from the start I was taken back by the lack of professionalism and organization in my purchase experience. I remember having to give my personal info (Driver's license, proof of insurance, etc.) several times to my sales rep, Bob Marnick because he "misplaced it." I was also shuffled around between two different salesmen as Bob didn't seem to have time to finish up the sale process, yet he took all the credit when everything was all wrapped up. Then when I went to pick up the car, it was dirty inside with dirt and trash from the previous owner. Not to mention an empty gas tank. Because I made a fuss, Bob did fill up the tank for me and promised that when I brought the vehicle back for my oil change, they would do a full detail. This never got done. The icing on the cake was when I was asked to bring the vehicle in for some minor repairs that were also promised in the sale agreement. When I arrived at the service desk, I waited for over 20 minutes in their garage before anyone approached me to ask if I had been helped. When someone finally did, they assured me that my oil change and repairs would be done and they would call me when my vehicle was ready for pickup. After 7 hours past and still not receiving a phone call, I called to check in and they hadn't even looked at the vehicle to begin repair. I was then told that they couldn't do the repair and that I would have to settle with a small cash compensation. I was able to negotiate the compensation to a more reasonable amount, but was stuck with the damage to my vehicle that I was promised would be fixed. I also never got any paperwork on the oil change and what they did or did not do to the vehicle while in their service shop. Please consider my experience when thinking of purchasing from this dealership. There are many other Infiniti dealers in the area to choose from.
I bought a used Volvo from McDonald about a month ago. Here's what you need to be aware of:(1) A/C doesn't work on the driver side, although car was advertised with A/C. Response from the Used Car Sales Manager post-sale was that - his quotes - "We would make sure this car blows cold air but not necessarily through all the vents" (regarding pre-sale check) and that the A/C 'blows cold just not to your liking.' (2) I was told on two occasions that transmission had been service and/or rebuilt 'very recently.' When pressed on specifics, they couldn't be found, but 'recently' was reiterated. When I called to report potential problem, they suddenly had exact stats - transmission serviced 70,000 miles ago.So ... beware of what you're told. And whatever advertised features - critical or not - may not actually work 'to your liking.' Unfortunately, McDonald Volvo follows no higher moral compass than a stereotypical huckster dealership. Buyer Beware should be in very large capital letters.
Staff: UNPROFESSIONAL| UNORGANIZED | MANNER LESS| BIG LIARS| NOT SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST | specially the Shop Supervisor (Daniel) if I remember his name correctly and his subordinate / Part and Sales Director.I gave my car for repair on front bumper on 17 may 2016. On 20 may 2016 I was informed that they are ordering parts to repair the car. Now again on 24 May 2016 , I got a text message that they can not repair the bumper and they need to replace that. For the last 8 days they could not even identify weather they need to change part or replace the part ? Now when I asked them this question I got a very rude reply that “THEY WERE BUSY”. They even had a fight with the insurance company when they asked them the same question… So at last suddenly in evening I was called by their supervisor who shamelessly informed me that they will not repair my car and I can take it to other workshop. SIMPLY : DO NOT TRUST THIS CENTER | DO NOT FOOL YOURSELF|
AutoNation Southwest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Best buying experience ever. Good honest dealership from friendly sales to fast honest financing. I've purchased many new and used cars but have never felt completely calm and stress free until I ordered my new car from Southwest Chrysler in Littleton. Tyler was my salesman and he put no pressure on me he just listen and tried to get me the best deal. I shopped for this car for weeks and they beat all dealerships in the Denver Metro area and abroad. Nobody could beat their price. But more than anything I was overwhelmed by the honest , friendly people here. Thanks Kelly and Joe. Come ask for Tyler my salesman and you will see what I'm talking about. Simply Awesome!!
