The WORST restaurant experience in my life... Upon sitting down I ordered a Heineken, I was ID'd, and showed my drivers license to the waitress. Next, upon waiting a good 10 additional minutes, another waitress/bartender came over and asked to see my ID again, she claimed that she was taking our table "over", which was, of course, a lie (Since we didn't see her again). I happily showed my ID a SECOND time to her, which she responded "Okay, thank you." and disappeared. Waiting around another 10 minutes, yet another Buffalo Wild Wings employee comes to the table and asks for my ID. Now, I am beginning to get frustrated, and I show him my ID. It turns out he was the manager of the restaurant that night. Upon showing him, he claims that he has "Called the police." and they are going to come bust me for a fake ID (Which was yet another lie/bluff from a Buffalo Wild Wings staff), I wish the cops would have come, since I was robbed of seeing the look on his face when the cops would have told him I am 28 years old and have a perfectly legal ID with the watermarks and all). Finally, after looking at it a 3rd time, he says "My bad, I guess you're fine." and leaves it at that. This is after waiting nearly 25 MINUTES for a single beer and being treated by "management" of all people and treated like a criminal with complete and total disrespect. After all, you would "management" if they even deserve to be called that, would at least apologize, but not a single word, in fact, he seems to have "disappeared" somewhere so I could not even approach him after this. Finally, our food came, and guess what? It's not only COLD, but the waitress has yet to REFILL a single one of our waters, gave us 2 dipping sauces for 4 big guys and 30 wings, and didn't give us any silverware for our food....Next, I ask the waitress to talk to her manager and ask to comp some of my meal and she claims he "Won't do a thing". I did not cuss or yell at him.
I went there with my friend on Easter 03/28 during lunch time. Our server was very happy about us visit. She's very happy to took our order. We were waited for 30 minutes and then the serve came of and told us that the kitchen staff forgot our order. The team captain stopped by our table so many times and he didn't even checked on us to see if we were already. Instead, he sat at the empty table behind us and flirted with one of his staff. Hello. At least, you need to respect us. Forgot our order ?? This is the first time I heard that.
