I came to price match something from walmart....spoke with the district manager.....was told he had to look it up on their system...not a problem....showed him the item on my walmart app....was told "I gind it hard to believe that they would be selling a brand new electronic for that price.....basically calling me a liar...I asked if he could call the store and verify the price....was told no..that even if it was he wasnt going to match that price anyway....I asked him...about best buy policy and he stated I have other customers and walked away......I have never been treated so rudely in my life (and by a district manager) will never shop best buy again.....left the store feeling disrespected and upset...called corporate and they told me to go online and file a complaint...poor customer service......you dont get to make up your own rules.

The gentlemen that Jimmie sent out to deal with our electrical fiasco were THE BEST!!!!! Not only did they fix our problem, they took the time to replace a chandelier we were unable to do ourselves. The next time we need anything electrical done, we will call these guys, they are amazing!!!!! Thank you, Kathy Darby and Frank Mango!
Called Electric Doctor and talked to Jimmy on the phone. I told him I lost power to most of my house and didn't know why. He was at my house within a few hours and stated that he would check the incoming power and if it was Xcel's problem that he would not charge me anything. Turned out my main breaker in my original federal pacific panel had gone bad and he showed me where the main connections were melted. He then made sure I had all my power working temporarily and quoted me a very reasonable price to come the next day and replace my meter and panel and didn't charge me for the service call. I highly recommend Electric Doctor, they were very responsive, professional and good pricing.
