Car buying isn't on my Top 10 List of things I love to do. However, I just had the best experience at Courtesy Acura! To be specific, Todd Connell was amazing! My daughter introduced me to Todd as she recently purchased her Acura RDX from Courtesy and was impressed with him and the dealership. I was in the market for a new car, however, not excited about the process. Todd was great! Knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly. He was patient with my questions and concerns and very honest and candid in his responses. I never once felt pressured. Todd's understanding of all the Acura models helped make a stressful decision easy. In fact, everyone at Courtesy Acura should be recommended for their attentiveness, knowledge, and respect for their customers. I am now the excited owner of my own RDX and will be singing their praises to everyone I know who’s in the market for a car!
We were in the market to replace my TL. My husband met with Charell earlier that day to look at a 2011 Acura MDX. Once I arrived I was amazed by the level of service and how personable the staff was. Lou greeted by 3 year old daughter with a teddy bear and juice right away. She was sold from then on. Charell put me in the driver's seat immediately for a test drive. Then we sat down to talk about our possible purchase. After seeing the value of what I was getting for the price, there was nothing better out there. I love that Courtesy prices their vehicles right from the beginning with no need for haggling. Charell and Doug made this purchase super easy and stress free. This was my second purchase from Courtesy. Eight years ago we purchased a 2003 Acura 3.2 TL. I loved that car and now I'm looking forward to falling in love with my MDX
Got my TL and MDX oil change. Great service - will for sure come back again! 9/29: Brought my MDX on 9/17 (battery and oil change) and 9/25 (body work) for to different service. They were prompt and great quality. 12/30 Once again had a great experience having my TL serviced. I have also referred a friend which purchased a brand new MDX there this month!! 6/26/15 - I just brought my MDX and TL in again for service. I had excellent service as usual. The place is honest and fast. Five Stars again! 3/11/16 - Brought my MDX in for my major service (timing belt) great service and customer service by Hollie Walters. 3/18/16 - Brought my MDX back in for the second phase of my service to change the breaks. I have to say that our recent experience at this dealership was all about how buying a car should be. Enjoyable with NO HARD SELL! Floyd, the sales consultant that dealt with us was professional and respectful of our desire to take time at making the right choice. He was well informed and able to answer all our questions. At no stage was he pushy or out to make a quick sale. The difference between Acura and Nissan? Acura has class! Nobody who gets in my face and try's to hijack my business is going to get it. I personally have no problem with this dealership. Based on our experience I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone else. I am also sure that if I encounter a problem with my new RDX, Floyd would get it dealt with immediately.
We bought our Acura MDX from Courtesy Acura near Denver, CO, just recently. Because we live in South Dakota and it is a 6-7 hour drive, we asked if they could deliver our car or meet us halfway. Van Saukam and an associate drove all the way to Casper, WY to meet us and then they showed us every feature and trained us on how to use them. All that in the bitter cold. They were so kind and courteous and extremely friendly. They didn't just say they were gonna go the extra mile, they did it...literally! If you want an Acura, go to Courtesy, and ask specifically for Van. He's extremely professional, friendly, and caring. We love the car and are glad we took our business to Courtesy. I needed to replace my V-6 Accord, and wanted an all-wheel drive sedan with the same reliability and excellent engine. The Acura TL SH-AWD seemed to fit the bill. I did some online inquiries first and ended up at Courtesy Acura. Todd was very helpful in showing the car and answering our questions. After a few quick and professional emails, we came to an agreement. Todd was quick and friendly in working through the initial sales agreement paperwork, and Will in Finance made the final close process painless and, dare I say it, fun. Todd then spent nearly an hour walking us through the features of the car, showing us how to use things, and answering our questions. Highly recommended; we'll be back again.
I visited Courtesy Acura in November 2014 and was amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone I spoke to was. I found the MDX of my realistic dream to purchase and Todd, Rick and Owen were, not only really funny and friendly, they were such a pleasure to work with and worked really hard for me to make the the purchase possible and the car buying experience so much easier and better. And Andy in finance didn't settle for just any loan, he worked hard to make sure I was getting the best rate and loan terms possible. I had a great experience with Rick at Courtesy and love my new car! They were extremely patient with me with my indecisiveness in choosing between the MDX and RDX. I first drove away in the MDX which was an awesome car but too big for me. They were extremely flexible and allowed me to exchange it for the RDX. There was no feeling that I was being pushed into the sale and exchanging it was simple. I am extremely pleased with my new car and would recommend this dealership to anyone! It is a obvious why the MDX and RDX are rated the #1 vehicle in their class. It's great to be able to have the power to get up the mountain with plenty of reserve. I look forward to getting into it everyday.
Brock Elison and Van Saukam were awesome! I called interested in a Ford Escape and Van and Brock kept me up to date prior to visiting letting me know when the car was available to test drive. It was not the car for us but we told Van the other cars we were looking at and he found us the perfect car a Toyota camry in amazing condition and my husband and I were the first to look at it. There was no pressure to buy and when we decided to buy Van made sure we understood everything that was coming with this. We worked with Andy for our financing and were in and out. I have yet to pick up my car but am very excited to pick it up tomorrow! Thank you Van and Brock!
