LAST TIME:“We Brought our truck in to be repaired and was lied to from day one. They had the truck for over a week before they even submitted a warranty issue to ford. They sent us over to Heartz for a rental car that we were told they would pay they never did and stuck us with a bill Over $2000 due to the fact they had the truck for over three weeks! To top it off they told us they could not fix the truck that they just sold to us brand new $90k truck that now has the Death Wobble and cant be driven due to the fact it loses complete control out of nowhere at highway speeds they told us to pick it up and said nothing they could do for us. The only thing they did is make the truck worse and refuse to pay for the rental. Their General Manager is a real piece of work. When speaking to him about my concerns he told me the $90,000 “F250 Platinum is NOT DESIGNED TO GO MORE THAN 65MPH, if I wanted a race truck I should have bought and F150!” And he could care less because this is fords problem not his. I explained to him that he sold us the truck not ford. He told me he would not Speak to me and to stop acting mature and to act like a man and deal with the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I been so disrespected! So end result is I'm out Well over $90,000 on the truck and out another $2000 on the rental! There excuse for not paying the rental was that they don't Work with Heartz!!! Yet they are the ones that recommended them to me know they would pick up the tab and even directed me there. Service manager told me that even though his service adviser made that mistake it was not his responsibility. They have lied to me over and over. When we purchased the truck they lost our checks twice and double charged us on tax because they did not verify what part of the county we lived in. They ignored me for over three months they waited almost for to even send us a check for the difference.
First off I'd like to start this off by stating this is coming from a loyal customer of theirs for over 4 years. On Monday i took my truck into Randys to have my lug nuts looked at as they may possibly be bad and stripped due to some one that work their over tightening them. I went back in today to have them put new ones on and an oil change and was confronted by the owner telling me they would only replace the few that were bad and not all (I was told all would be replaced on monday). After that the owner came put and told me that they didn't do it, it couldn't have been them (mind you they are the only place I go for car maintenance and they rotated my tires last). I was told by the front desk that they told me I should have left my truck there on Monday when I asked the mechanic on Monday if I could drive it home until Friday which he stated yes it's safe. So not only did they put words into my mouth that I never said and also they lied about the service they would provide. I never had this problem before with them, but after today I will no longer be taking my cars to Randys for service. I will also not recommend anyone else taking theirs there either. The owners and staff didn't want to hear me out or talk it out so they do not believe in customer satisfaction.
My truck was damaged in the hail in April. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They were all professional and courteous, but they also did an amazing job on my truck. Every single inch of my truck was damaged by hail and they fixed it all. It looks like I have a brand new truck!! Also, I did not have rental car coverage with my insurance company, so they ended up giving me a loaner from the Ford Dealership at no charge!!! They saved my life, seriously! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. HUGE Kudos to Warren. He's the person you want to deal with if you ever need to take your vehicle into this center. He is, hands down, the best person I have ever dealt with. He kept me informed continuously how the progress of my car was coming along. I never ever had to call and check on things. He handled everything with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Thank you, Warren and Autonation!!!!!!
They tried to get me to purchase a part that I was fairly sure I had recently replaced at a different shop. Sure enough, I took it somewhere else and confirmed that the $1200 part had been replaced just six months earlier and was still in fine working condition. Do not trust these guys, or at least get a 2nd opinion before letting the do any repairs.

I scheduled what should have been a 20 minute oil change. Went in at my SCHEDULED time and was informed that they could not just do an oil change but that they needed to do an inspection, take digital photos, etc.... They told me I would need to leave my car for 2 HOURS!!! What? I had an appointment scheduled so I could get in and get out. Even when I told them all I wanted was an oil change, they refused. This would be nice to know when I called in to make the appointment. Who plans on a 2 HOUR oil change?!!! What a scam.

I am so disappointed and annoyed in the customer service I received with this place. I called on Wednesday, March 1st to ask about a Super Air Nautique that was listed on the website and in boat trader. I spoke with Chris George who explained he owned the boat but was selling it through Grand Lakes Marine where he worked. I told him we were very interested but since there were only 3 actual photo’s of the boat if he could send me more before we made an offer. I even said that I would be close to $40,000 and would he think that would work. No problem he would send photo’s and we would talk more, even storing the boat till spring was no problem. No photos or calls to apologize that he never sent anything so I texted him Friday to ask where the photo’s were. By Monday I called and left a message, texted again and finally on Tuesday I called the store and they put me through to Chris. He then told me the boat had an offer already with a walk through on the weekend and that they were going with that offer. Furiously I said to him I had no photo’s or calls from him surely as an interested customer he would have let me know. He then blamed it on his boss who took the offer but it wasn’t yet set in stone and he would let me know later that day. Then he asked what my offer would be which is so shady to see if it was higher!!!! When I asked about another boat he jumped all over it and said he would hold this for me no problem. By 4pm I tried to figure out the status of the boat and left him a message and texted – NOTHING. Worst customer service I have ever received – still no photos, communication or owning up to any standards. They have treated me like a used car salesman – I would never do business with this place and warn others of how you will be treated! I am reporting this type of service to the better business bureau. When I called to speak to a supervisor they refused and put me back on the phone with Chris – who at this point has done NOTHING!
