I rated 0 stars, because when I originally took my phone there I had to pay $275 up front and didn't get my phone fixed until a month later due to them not having the right parts to fix my phone just because it was new. If you don't have the part then my money should've been refunded until then. When I once went to the shop to ask about what was the hold up, the dumb jock tech caught an attitude with me about me, the customer, being upset about the long delay. When I finally got my phone fixed, I can no longer hear from my phone unless it's on speaker phone or connected to a Bluetooth headset and my front camera no longer works. She offered to "ATTEMPT" to fix it, but that's a risk I'm not willing to take, I'll just wait it out until I can get another phone. The screen got fixed, but the phone was still working in perfect condition before it got fixed, not it's just a pretty phone with a broke front camera and a busted front speaker. But to those who read this, do not, I repeat DO NOT go to these people.

WARNING WARNING WARNING THIS COMPANY IS NOT LICENSED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK THEY WILL MEET YOU IN A PARKING LOT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN RETURN YOUR PHONE TO YOU WORSE OFF THEN WHEN YOU GAVE IT TOO THEM . We had my sons Galaxy note 5 screen replaced the Guy Michael said he would fox it for 200 bucks . Thought ok that's 45 bucks cheaper then the other Places big big big mistake turns out the the guy called around and got one of his buddies to give him a used note 5 and replaced the screen with a highly defected used screen which he said had air bubbles in it and that would go away in a couple of days . That never happened and the screen he replaced with also had a keyboard ghost burned into the screen . Well he said he could give me like 20.00 bucks back and I told him no I wanted it fixed right since then no contact what so ever and the other cellular Doctorz ran by Michael is responsible for this and using and ruining this companies name . Very disappointed and highly do not Recommend

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I STRONGLY suggest no one ever go here! They will lie to you just to get you to switch your carrier to them. They aren't even a real Verizon store so their excuse will always be that if something goes wrong. My visit this woman bold faced lied to me and then when I called Verizon's customer service and corporate office they wouldn't honor what the liar said, I assume because she lied to them telling them she hadn't made such an offer to me. I HOPE she is fired but I'm sure she isn't because such a crappy store keeps people like her around. I'll NEVER go to another TCC store.
Shea,im sorry you had a bad experience..Your first screen was defective so we replaced it free of charge per our warranty. On the APN settings and sim card issue, that is a problem with the carrier witch was stright talk in this case. Im very sorry, we have no acess to the service they provide with there sim card but can happily help you out to the best of our abblity.Thats why I suggested contacting straight talks customer service department. Also The night you contaced me at 2am i was unfortunally downtown at a birthday party and even offered you to come to me in the middle of the night to help out with you're phone. Wasn't inteneded to be bad business or unprofessional,but to help you even in the middle of the night if I had to. I also offered to come to your work, or to go above and beyond to help you on any other problmes you was having other than your broken glass. Once again, we are truly sorry for your bad experience and would like to make it right so that you are happy.
