I've always been treated with kindness and compassion by Dr. Qureshi and his staff; something I'm not used to as a fibromyalgia sufferer. I can't even tell you how many doctors I've weeded out over the years that would talk down to my about my symptoms and treat me poorly.I've been suffering with constant myofascial pain and other issues with my back for about three years. I've been coming to this office for about six months, and I have been much more able to manage my pain as of late. The trigger point injections that we have tried have had a significant impact, and my life has been much more livable since I decided to reach out to this clinic.

I went in sat for 3 hours just to spend a total of 3 mins with the doctor for her to say after looking at your medical records I am not gonna take you on as a patient. She suggested I get my money back and so did the receptionist, but now they are refusing to issue me a refund.

I can not say enough great things about this clinic! I'm not sure what Kylee's role (the girl at the desk) is because she seems to do it all, but she is nothing short of amazing! There is not enough words or things I could say or do for her to show her how much I appreciate her! The first time I spoke with her she took the time to answer all of my questions, she spoke to me with respect and true compassion, but most of all she was friendly! It was like picking up the phone and calling that friend you hadn't talked to in a while. She's the reason I picked this clinic and I am so glad I did! I never felt like a addict here! I never felt like me or my issues and pains were insignificant, I didn't feel rushed once Dr.Murphy came into my room. I was treated like a human being who mattered by all of the staff! Dr.Murphy is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. She was truly caring and concerned. You can't put a price tag on quality health care, your quality of life, or peace of mind but you definitely get that here at this clinic. If you're looking for a detox program or pain management clinic stop searching and call them today! I know you won't be disappointmented. I have recommended others-some I know, some I didn't, and they all say the exact same thing!!

If I could give no rating for this facility, I would. They're in for the money only and doesn't know what to do about your problems with pain. They will tell you need surgery and then say they would never put surgery on anyone and make you look like a fool. If you have Medicaid don't go there for sure. They will put so many charges on anyone such a 1000 dollars for urine test, so I bet you can imagine the expense for blood work and anything else..... Run, before you be messed up forever. They also discharge patients and tell your doctor lies so you won't be able to visit any pain management again...

The Dr. made me feel even worse. Didn't listen to a word I said. Burnt nerves in my back that didn't need to be done. I just quit going because of this.

I've had spinal issues and constant daily pain from an accident that occurred at work two years ago. Using my company's doctors, I've had a number of different procedures done to help alleviate my pain, but I hadn't found relief in two years after seeing numerous doctors. I went through steroid injections, epidurals, chiropractic care, and more, and Ultimately the doctors I worked with before gave up on me when I didn't have the desired outcome with their treatments. I got a recommendation from a family friend to call Dr. Qureshi at Arkansas Spine and Pain--a considerable drive for me, but it ultimately was well worth it.I had my medical records sent over to their office and they really took the time to understand my case. This was apparent on my first visit. Dr. Qureshi has taken a genuine interest in rehabilitating me from my injury, and we have tried some new things that have helped me quite a bit. I've seen a significant decrease in my pain and discomfort. My condition is being managed really well by the procedures I have had done this year. I'm very confident in Dr. Qureshi and the staff at this office.

After 36 surgeries dr q had me walking with 1 procedure and I have spinal cord damage..dr q believes in alternative medication..I agreed to anything..just want to have a little better quality life and DR Q WAS JUST WHAT THE DR ORDERED...THANK YOU DR Q..TARA BEST

Dr. Trussell is amazing. She is kind and listened to everything I had to say and actually cared. She was very soft spoken and compassionate. She never looked at me like I was a drug seeker. My pain relief has been better than ever before with her. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Trussell. I do not think their is a better pain management Dr. in this state. I thank GOD daily for leading me to her.
