We bought two cars from them. The sales part was fine. It's the service that has me disappointed. First: Had it serviced and they checked on the form that the tire pressure was good. On the way home, the tire light went on. I stopped at Firestone who generously aired my tires because they were low. Not another problem with them. Second; was in the area and noticed my headlight was out. Drove it into service and the woman looked at it and told me it would be 1.5 hour wait because to change the bulb that they had to take off the bumper. I left and called the parts desk and gave him my vin number and asked how long it would take and the cost. He asked which bulb and when I told him, he said it would take 30 minutes and cost $45. My husband didn't believe Toyota would make such a poor design that for a simple bulb that the bumper had to be removed and he was right. He bought the bulb for $12 and fixed it in 5 minutes. I will have to say though that North Point did the same thing with the headlight issue. I took it to both places for a reality check. Feels like a 65 year old woman is prey at these places. So disappointed. Why did I give them two stars? Because I like their waiting room and free car wash.

This is the first experience with a mechanic where I felt taken care of, rather than taken advantage of. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The last mechanic I went to five years quoted me just under two grand to fix what was causing an Evap System code. I thought my only option was to just drive until my car died. My air conditioning went out sometime this winter, and I planned on just putting it off until it got warm. Charging an AC was a fix I knew I could afford so I went to Carter. Daniel checked out my car and the codes, did a full tune up, charged my AC, and fixed all the Evap System issues from five years ago for less than a quarter of what I was quoted! I can't begin to express how thankful I am. I will gladly return with any and all of my automotive issues in the future.
My car broke down. So I had it towed to Parkway. They tried to charge me $800 for a new radiator. I called several other places, all of whom assured me that the standard rate is 400-500. I went back in and confronted them, and they said maybe they had made a miscalculation...after some hassling they agreed to do it for 450 - which was surely nice of them to lower their price. After I got the car home I popped the hood to discover that the coolant level was low...so I had to take it back for another hr so they could put coolant in it. I could be wrong, but I'm quite certain they made a calculated attempt to overcharge me. I would never recommend anyone go to Parkway.
We really enjoyed our car buying experience. We mainly worked with Jason Ronell who helped us find our perfect vehicle. He was awesome at presenting us with all the possible options. He even set up my phone to work with the entune system. Everyone was super friendly which definitely helped take the anxiety I had about buying a new car. We got a car we absolutely love, but also had a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership. And if you are looking for a car - give Jason a call.
Landers will work with you and give you a great deal. Jonathan Walker, my salesman, was very professional and courteous. Since moving from Texas I had bought two Highlanders from another dealership, but now Landers will be the one I return to. There were a few things I had wanted on the new Highlander that had to be added. Jonathan set it all up and the service department was excellent....providing an overnight loaner car. I am a very happy customer! The have my business from now on!
This was the eaisiest time i've ever had buying a car! Within hours, i was approved for a Toyota Corolla and all i had to do was pick the color and model i wanted. even though i was an out of state buyer, it only took 2 days to get all the paper work done. it took me longer to get to Arkansas to get my car than the whole buying process! Thank you Libby Woolbright for your knowledge, your efficency and you honesty. i couldn't have gotten a better deal in my home town!!!
I took my Venza to Landers for a second opinion after stopping by another Toyota dealer in the state when the lights came on. Instead of getting another estimate for $1000 to fix it, Angie at Landers had my vehicle covered under warranty. If you want an honest place for repairs, Landers Toyota is the place to go!
I have taken my vehicles to Carter for several years now. I have found them to be professional, honest and expediate. They take great pride in their work and are very concerned with the satisfaction of the customer. They diagnose the issues promptly and give you a fair price with quality parts.
Landers Toyota Sales is excellent. The Sales Representatives are pleasant and not over bearing. They don't pressure you like I have known other car dealerships. They allow you time and give you space to make the right choice of vehicle that is suitable for you.
Had my 2010 RAV4 in for 20,000 mile service on 6/15/13. Outstanding people and service. The only downside to my visit was that I scheduled it for 7:00 on Saturday morning. WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?!
