Absolutely terrible landlord. More like a slum lord. He won't clean the property or the yard when you move in then charges you for those things out of your deposit which took 3 months to get back. You have to contact him multiple times to fix anything then its done poorly. Sleazy.

Very disappointed in how our housing purchase was handled. I will NEVER do business with someone, that is so dishonest. If I really had a choice, I wouldn't have even given them1 star.
Landlord is not caring, I have two kids in a bug infested home. He keep telling me he has getting rid of them in his other homes, so he refuses to let me get out of lease.. He takes forever to respond to maintaince issues.. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this landlord.
This company is unfair to some of their employees, will not pay them if they can come up with any way to document or to prevent having to issue them a check. If you quit them you can count on not getting your last check. They are very unprofessional in every way and I was only there for a short time. I spent at least an hour waiting to speak with Mr. Lambert concerning this issue as others were in and out of his office quite frequently. Our family will be taking actions concerning this and would suggest to other with this problem to do the same. My husband has no kind of connection or relationship with Mr. Lambert as for favor, it was strictly job related for income. I went to get his last check for him from the prior week and he said he didn't owe him a check. I ask Mr. Lambert did he work last week and he said yes so again I am confused on why he wouldn't get paid for that work. So when considering this company for employment you may want to reconsider unless you have no family because that did not make a difference to this owner or this company.

They are professional but try to keep that small business atmosphere so that you feel totally in touch with everyone in the office.
