Their service is great. They shipped a 90 yr old scale model replica of a stage of indeterminable value built by my father from Little Rock to California. They packed it with such care and detail that it was necessary to include the unpacking instructions so as to preclude any damage. I enthusiastically recommend Wrap Write Packaging
OUTSTANDING SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL! I sell very high-end vintage stereo speakers and cater to customers all over the country. These speakers are both expensive and rare and extremely difficult to ship without damage. Shipping with UPS/FedEx is simply too risky for me to consider. For a long time, my only option to facilitate delivery was for me to hand deliver the speakers myself to insure their safety. That is, until I met Jay and Joe at Wrap Right Packaging. Now, with their expertise, I can simply drop off these audio masterpieces and they take care of the rest. They handle everything from properly preparing the speakers for travel, the logistics of dealing with freight companies, and even walking my customer thru the unpacking process. Very Happy and Outstanding Service
I bought a pair of Belle Klipsch speakers from a person in Arkansas and I live in California. Since the speakers are very large and heavy they had to be shipped freight and not UPS or FEDEX. I talked to Joe Troll and he told me about packaging the speakers, it takes a couple of days. Well after a week of travel they came to my home on a pallet with a big cardboard box over the 2 speakers on one pallet strapped down and marked top load only fragile furniture. Joe emailed me unpacking instructions, which really helped. As I was very careful unpacking, took about a half hour each, I understood why it took so long to pack. I don't think I have ever had anything from a manufacturer done so well. Unbelievable packing job, well worth the money, of course the price was for the shipping also. Like they say, you get what you pay for. Speakers came through in perfect condition. So yes I would highly recommend these packers and shippers.
So impressed with the professionalism of the guys that run Wrap Right. I've been coming here for nearly 10 years and have never had a bad experience. I trust these guys with packing and shipping for all my business and personal items because I know they'll do it right. I can walk out the door feeling comfortable. I can't remember the last time I was at the post office and I hope I never have to go there again.

I had 2 packages to return to manufacturers--one via FedEx and one via UPS. I started my journey at the FedEx Kinko's location and was not impressed. Long wait times, very poor customer service. They were unable to print my return label due to a problem with the printer. After being assisted by 3 different employees, I finally got an apology from the manager. The assistant manager, who decided to acknowledge my presence when it was time for me to leave, recommended that I visit their ""hub"" 4 miles away. No thanks.
I looked at the next closest ""authorized ship center"" and it was Wrap Right. I was in and out of there in 3 minutes. The two gentlemen were very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Added bonus: they were able to ship BOTH of my packages since they process for both FedEx and UPS. I will be choosing Wrap Right for all my future packaging needs.

We made a mistake - Mr. Meeks envelope had fallen behind our FedEx bin and was not discovered until he called on Friday with his inquiry. He was understandably upset. We refunded his money and offered to ship it out for free. He said he would take it somewhere else and then began to verbally berate us using language we cannot repeat here and never before heard in our store. We asked him to leave. We are sorry for our error and his inconvenience.
