Basically the worst of the worst. This entire lease has been a nightmare moving from one crisis to the next. The group they hired has left multiple units unsafe without doors/locks/bars and huge gaps where you can stick a hand out to the outside from inside. Management just ignores pleas for help and change. Our living room has been torn apart for over a month and they have worked on it for maybe an hour total. I understand that construction was necessary due to unsafe structural components; however, I cannot forgive this rampant lack of customer servicing by the management group.
