        Overall

        It takes too long for anyone to answer the phone. Today 7-31-15@ 7:45pm I called. The phone ringed about 20+ times before anyone answered. I asked for the bakery and it rung about 15+ before I just gave up trying to order a cake. This isn't the first time I've experienced no one answering the phone. Very frustrating. Not good for business.
