Not sure why he’s getting so many bad reviews of course you have to do a drug test it’s pain management everyone drug tests you to make sure your not on anything or so if they do give you something you don’t OD. Dr Mocek cares about his patients I’ve never once been treated bad.

My parents have both been patients of Dr. Mocek. Dr. Mocek and his entire staff always treat my parents with the utmost care and respect. The office is clean and organized. The vibrant Valarie greet us at the front desk for each appointment. Dr. Mocek performed a procedure on my mom the day of her new patient appointment. She was tense over the process, however Dr. Mocek and his nurses treated her with great care.

On my first visit, I was blindsided with a drug test. I was there for my neck. What they didn't tell me, it was a $1500 drug test that I passed and they now want payment for. No thanks.
They treated me like a drug seeking addict. Clearly my $1500 drug test proved otherwise. This office never took me seriously, or gave any help in any form. I'm not a bad patient or bad person. I'm actually really easy going.
I was treated terribly here. I was bullied. The bottom line is, they are only interested in their bottom dollar. I will never go back. Obviously they don't treat everyone this way, because they have a very nice facility and a huge number of patients. I wish this experience had turned out better for everyone involved.

i have had several pain doctors throughout the years and i have been so blessed to have found Dr. Mocek. He has an excellent bedside manner, is patient and listens to you. He takes his time and finds out the best option for you. I have an uncommon nerve disorder and is extremely painful but with Dr. Moceks help my pain is under control which is a dream come true. I have my life back which is what he strives for. Typically depending on what is being done you are looking at maybe 45 minutes to an hour wait. unfortunately for pain doctors that is just part of it. I have waited MUCH longer at ther pain doctors. If you are looking for a kind, trustworthy, dr that will take action to get you out of pain he is your man

31/2 hour wait to see doctor after 2 hour drive to get there 30 min early. Found them to be arrogant and rude and uncaring. would not recommend use of this office. Received a letter after complaining to find another Doctor

Gosh, I cannot believe these reviews are about the same physician and office as the one that I'm familiar with. I had complained of pain to my GYN and to my PCP and they simply ignored me. When I finally talked to a neurosurgeon and he said he couldn't help surgically, he gave me the referral to Dr. Mocek. My interaction with him leads me to believe that he is anything but a jerk! He has always been kind and helpful to me. I have to admit the price of the drug testing is daunting, but because I have much less pain than before, I just put up with it. I've had some bland interactions with some of the staff, but I've also had some great ones with nursing staff on their clinic days as well as during procedures. The scheduling persons are always courteous and efficient. Wish you'd give them another try!

Very helpful. So thankful I visited with Dr. Mocek, I'm pain free now!

Dr Mocek reminds me of a mad scientist. Dont go to him. He is a jerk.
