This business does what it says it is going to do and does it in a timely manner. I have used Great-House to repair my vacuum, get parts for it, and to unclog the hose. Thank goodness there is a business that can do all of these things to keep your vacuum working!
I have a fear whenever it comes to warranty repairs from my home warranty nightmares. So with my rather uncommon deep cleaner machine, I expected the usual "we will order the damaged parts, please come back in a couple of weeks". So when Mr. Rodney got me going in less than 24 hours with to major parts replaced I left ecstatic! He always does a good job and also has a sense of humor. I like the man!
I have been searching high and low for someone to repair my vacumm. I found one place but the service was terrible so I went elsewhere. I was referred to this place by one of my coworkers. This is a great guy, service was excellent fast, and he kept me notified. You can tell he is very educated on what he does loves it. If you are looking to purchase a vacumm or in need of a repair, I highly recommend you to try this place. Awesome :)
OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM We experienced problems with our DYSON Vacuum Greathouse interceded on our behalf with DYSON to obtain warranty service in which he accomplished timely upon receipt of Major Warranty parts A MOTOR and Motor harness Greathouse kept us informed and when parts arrived he notified and repaired our DYSON timely We got back a better than new DYSON Vacuum We WILL go out of our way to obtain any vacuum supplies request service even purchase his preferred quality brand YES We DO promote his Business We are proud to have done business and met a professional business man who honors his customers with respect and due diligence of service Even staying open later than normal to allow our untimely arrival to get our WARRANTY REPAIRED DYSON picked up 30min after normal closing hours we even offered to pay him for his extended service and he said just remember us next time 5 Stars is not enough for 4 thumbs up YES a 10 Star Rating for an Honest Caring Professional Businessman Semper Fi from Lexy and Drew
Impersonal customer service bordering on rude.
After a two hour round trip to drop my Dyson off I was able to pick it up 2 days later.
Another 2 hour round trip to find the machine is still making the horrible noise I took it in to be repaired.
At least it was under warranty so I'm just out my time and fuel to get my machine cleaned.

I experienced a problem with my Bissell Vacuum falling apart. Mr. Greathouse interceded on my behalf with Bissell to get warranty service accomplished. He kept me informed on when parts arrived and gave me back a better than new vacuum. I would go out of my way to get my vacuum supplies and service from him. I highly recommend him.
