City Government Solid Waste Division

I don't know if many people realize that you can go to the landfill and get mulch, compost, and topsoil at a fantastic price! They charge by the TON. I take a truck up there and they literally heap it full of mulch for my flowerbeds and it only ever costs me about $12 at most. It's a great deal and good mulch. The don't deliver or anything fancy like that but if your willing to unload it yourself it's perfect! : )
