        While their sales people are very nice, the installation team is ridiculous. In the 5 times they have been to our house in the last 15 months, they have never once shown up on time. On 2 occasions, including today, they were no shows. When I call to find out what is going on I always get some crazy excuse. Today the guy called in sick. If you can't afford to send a person, please have the courtesy to call the person who has taken off work to stay at home to wait on you to show up!!!!! They even showed up without materials and when they do show up it's usually 45 minutes late. I don't know how they stay in business. I wouldn't be using them now if it weren't for my builder using them to install the floor in the 1st place.
