Bray Gourmet opened in downtown Little Rock in July of 2012. Owner and chef Chris Bray, a 2006 graduate of the University of Arkansas, is a Little Rock native whose culinary career was inspired by his father, who spent 18 years in the restaurant business. The deli serves homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps. They specialize in smoked turkey spreads (jalapeno, cajun, original, and dill), smoked deli meats, and catering. They deliver and cater in the Little Rock area. Furthermore, Bray Gourmet will be opening their second location in the new CARTI cancer facility off John Barrow in October of 2015.
