This company is unfair to some of their employees, will not pay them if they can come up with any way to document or to prevent having to issue them a check. If you quit them you can count on not getting your last check. They are very unprofessional in every way and I was only there for a short time. I spent at least an hour waiting to speak with Mr. Lambert concerning this issue as others were in and out of his office quite frequently. Our family will be taking actions concerning this and would suggest to other with this problem to do the same. My husband has no kind of connection or relationship with Mr. Lambert as for favor, it was strictly job related for income. I went to get his last check for him from the prior week and he said he didn't owe him a check. I ask Mr. Lambert did he work last week and he said yes so again I am confused on why he wouldn't get paid for that work. So when considering this company for employment you may want to reconsider unless you have no family because that did not make a difference to this owner or this company.
This is a scam. We have called for two weeks. My wife is blind. I guess this is another Madoff kind of scam where they get government money, but, they keep it. I am very disappointed in this. They tell lies all over the net. Someone is making a lot of money, just not the people it was intended for.
I've been a customer of Cleaning Authority for 13 years, and have NEVER had any problems until this. I love the folks that clean my home, but I cannot support incompetent and insulting ownership. This morning I experienced the worst customer service from any service company I've ever worked with. Ed Samec (owner of the Cleaning Authority in Little Rock), informed me that the company would not be taking care of the microwave they ruined while cleaning my home. This after they already identified that the microwave is ruined and should be replaced. After I expressed my frustration that it has taken over 7 weeks to replace, his exact words were "screw it." And, he told me I could forget about my microwave. Thanks Mr. Samec, I'll take my business elsewhere. I've referred dozens of folks to your company over the past 13 years. I hope you take better care of them than you did of a customer that has been with you as long as I have.
Purchased a Groupon for housecleaning services. A representative came for a consultation. I expressed how important it was that my floors be mopped since this is normally my husbands job. Since he's been sent to Pakistan for 2 years I needed help. I was told they would send 2 people, and all floors would be mopped, baseboards dusted, and many other basic cleaning services. They sent 1 person, who was there for under 2 hours in a 2300 sf home. No floors were mopped, no baseboards dusted. Spoke with an employee who said a manager would call me back & set up for them to come and redo the cleaning of my home. I still have yet to receive that call. I submitted a complaint directly to the Merry Maids corporation. It's been over a month and still have not received a response. This is completely BAD business. Will let everyone know that this company has no customer service whatsoever.
