went there after a I luv the Blues concert.. Well we get in you have 10 people waiting to be seated and there were 7 tables open. There was a Bid delivery girl there waiting. We finally get seated after my sister asks how does this seating work there was a young guy waiting on tables with his underwear (GREY). We ordered my breakfast eggs were hard brown at the bottom had sat out for a while. It was close to closing when we arrived. My bacon half cooked ,our waiter was an older guy He was great. The young lady with her hair pulled back in a pony tail was great.They had customers coming in from the Prom night. . And being turned away after coming in out of the rain all we could her was we closed we closed it was 18min to midnight... I only had toast and grits.. They were good.. But, the need to work on better customer service and over all The guy with the blue striped tie was not friendly AT ALL..I WAS SEATED RIGHT BEHIND THERE CASH OUT STATION/PLACE YOUR ORDER.. He was cursing.. looking like we did him wrong....... change your career or get your act together be a team player \\..we won't be back.. this is the 3rd restaurant in 3 weeks that has been terrible for my little rock...
I frequent this Denny’s location because I always get tremendous service. There are 3 servers that know my family of 4s order at any time. Not one but 3 servers. I enjoy going our once or twice a month. This is a greatly improved location and a great place to eat.
Need to update store hours!!! Drove from out of town to eat here because says open 24 hours. Get to the store and the doors was locked at 12!!! Make me not want eat at any ihop!!
Do not go spend your money here. The employees will argue with the customers without any fear of punishment. They do not answer their phones for customers to make call in orders. Just a sorry place. Its the managers fault for the way the place is run. Period
This is seriously the worst Waffle House in Little Rock. We waited for more than an hour for two scrambled egg breakfasts. There were only three other people in the restaurant and they were waiting for food also. I was told the cooks have only been there for a week and a half. I can promise you that was a week and a half too long. After waiting all that time, got home and the food was just nasty. The fried eggs had been stirred around so much, they were scrambled. The bacon was burned. The hashbrowns were burned. If they can't do it any better than this, they need to close the doors.

Good nachos , and ask for Larry good service .. Denny is real good food for late night after clubbing all night way better than waffle house ...
My son, daughter and husband came in and a waiter sat them in a booth, which is ok for thin people, but my son is not thin. The table cut into his waist. They had to call me, 80+ miles away to get them moved to another table. My son was miserable, the waiter seen the table was cutting into his waist, and did nothing to accommodate them. I am sorry that you were so inconsiderate to MY children. I have always brought my children up with respect, I do expect them, regardless of my son's size to be treated with respect. October 7, @ 12AM, we ordered a burger, fries, pancakes, and quesadilla to go. Waiter seated two tables while I waited to order, then we waited for over 50 minutes to receive our order. We live half a mile away and when we got home fries were cold, burger and pancakes were tough from them microwaving them. Quesadilla cheese wasn't even melted and meat tasted strange. Went back and waited for over 40 more minutes to get refunded. The entire time they had our credit card in hand. The cops showed up to ask if everything was okay (do not know if ihop called them) and we were told they couldn't refund us and said come back tomorrow for manager Mickey Basinger with his number to call. The number was fake, and Mickey was off today when I came in. Waited another 45 minutes for area manager's number, Scott because shift manager said he could not help me at all. Scott said he would have to review footage of my visit because he wanted to see how much of it happened. Three hours later he called saying he agreed that my story panned out. But he still would not refund my purchase. We did not eat the food after taking a bite before discovering it was rubbery, and he says no refund for our measly 25 dollar tab. Company policy, he says. He offers me new food, but we only go there sporadically and not usually to the same store. Also at this point I would rather throw a pancake than eat one ever again. He said no refund, again. Finally, my boyfriend called to say he would simply call his credit card company and have them take it back, and miraculously this man was saying "Let me ask my boss and see if we can get it refunded." Hard to believe that he stonewalled me, a young woman, for almost an entire business day but my boyfriend calls and all of a sudden it is no problem?... Needless to say, we will never be returning there again, I am spreading the word about my experience, and hopefully it never happens to anyone else ever again. I've never been treated like less than a human being before, and I don't feel like letting a guy who sells coffee and pancakes debase me now.
