Nightmare. We had an in-depth discussion in front of the person who we got our truck from discussing that there is a drop off location right by our house. We are from out of town and it wasn't feasible to drive all the way back. We took the truck to the location on Maps that was right by our house, but they are no longer a Uhaul. Went to 2 other locations nearby, both showed hours online stating that they were open. Neither was open. Went to a 4th location who was open and they advised us that they were going to charge us $200 because we weren't returning the truck to the store we rented it from. Well, that's a joke. So we drove all the way back into town to drop it off at the original store. We called the store on our way there and the same lady who we got the truck from answered. We told her about our little adventure and she said, "I'll talk to you when you get here!" and hung up. When we got there she told us she was the assistant manager and her manager will be back in the morning. We'll see how that goes.
I have been renting cars from Enterprise from this location for over 15 years and I have NEVER had even one problem with renting from Enterprise. The staff are always courteous and professional. I always get the best selections on cars. I have NEVER rented a car that I was not pleased with. Making reservations and renting from Enterprise is always easy and hassle free. We had a bad experience with this office. We reserved three 15 passgerner vans with them, First of all they made a type o on the date of services. They say we did not have a reservation," Don" manger realized it was a typographer error, he told me he would locate a van for us. Next he offered a regular 15 passergner van with the flat seats. Not a good ride for 15 hours ride for a 72 year old. We reserved a "New" van with individual seats . I could have rented a regular van in my home town for less than 900.00 dollars, this is what they were charging . We felted duped by this company for false promises. We ordered three of these :cargo carriage corp vans" and onlyreceived one, Next they promised we could pick them up on Thursday morning for one price and return on Sunday night but in the end the price went fromm 600 to 900 dollars. At the end of the day becareful who you rent your automobiles from!!! Unhappy with Hertz!!!

Ok, we reserved a car for a week. They called to confirm the day before. We go to pick it up and it takes nearly a half hour to get on the road. First, they said it was only for 6days. So we said, Ok, then, 6 days, we'll cut our trip short. Then they said we could have it for a week, but it would be like waaay much more. Then we took it and they called us 3 times while using it to ask how lovely our experience might be? Seriously, like I want to get cell phone calls 3 times on a road trip to hear how wonderful they are? The service has changed drastically at this location and we rent about 8 times in the last 6 months. Downhill all the way. Plus we never get out of there in less than a half hour and there seems to always be some sort of change on the contract from what we expected. We argue our case and finally they give us what we're supposed to get, like it is some sort of "gift." Not sure I'd give them the rating I used to give them --- Need more details, let me know.
Don't rent from this enterprise. We took full insurance & he questioned us about hail damage to the top of the car when our Dec. has been rain or 70 degree sunshine. Then said oh never mind you have full coverage. My father asked to have the payment ran on his credit card and the clerk instead ran his card on file without asking and refused to correct it. His customer service was awful.
Very pleasant staff. 3 of Las 4 cars had maintenance warning light come on during rental period. Annoying.

I just cancelled my reservation with Enterprise at the Markham Little Rock, AR location because apparently my car was not available! I called twice, being put on infinite hold the first time. On the second call, someone with an atrocious accent had me wait again. Not only was he unprofessional, he was also rude. Apparently they only have the one car because when I asked for another car or upgrade, they informed me that they didn't have anything. No service, no accommodation, rude and poor language skills all add up to a bad location with bad people. I won't try them again.
