My husband and I waited 3 hours and had to leave to pick up kids from school. Last time I was there I waited 2 hours.the staff is rude. Someone outside asked if we knew a good pill mill. Husband had bad reaction to med and he couldn't get seen even though he passed out and got the shakes. Do not go!! This clinic is awful. Couldn't even stock toilet paper in the nasty bathroom. They get your weight and blood pressure and ask you personal questions in the hallway where anyone could hear. Its in the ghetto. Parking sucks. Waiting room sucks. No food or drink allowed and they expect you to wait all through lunch. Go to a decent clinic. Not this one.

i have had several pain doctors throughout the years and i have been so blessed to have found Dr. Mocek. He has an excellent bedside manner, is patient and listens to you. He takes his time and finds out the best option for you. I have an uncommon nerve disorder and is extremely painful but with Dr. Moceks help my pain is under control which is a dream come true. I have my life back which is what he strives for. Typically depending on what is being done you are looking at maybe 45 minutes to an hour wait. unfortunately for pain doctors that is just part of it. I have waited MUCH longer at ther pain doctors. If you are looking for a kind, trustworthy, dr that will take action to get you out of pain he is your man
I called their office a moment ago to discuss why my claims weren't filed. According, to my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) they didn't deny any claims from Velicity Care Urgent Treatment Center Arkansas b/c they haven't received any claims from them. However, Velocity was kind enough to send me a bill, charge my credit card, and tell me that my insurance denied my claims. But more importantly the called me IGNORANT over the phone b/c I wanted to discuss something that was important to me. Never will I go back to this place b/c of the way they choose to handle my concern. Tina and the other lady whom I spoke with today have no respect or empahny - stay away from this place if you are sick and in need of urgent care.
31/2 hour wait to see doctor after 2 hour drive to get there 30 min early. Found them to be arrogant and rude and uncaring. would not recommend use of this office. Received a letter after complaining to find another Doctor
We had an AWESOME experience here. The employees were so nice. The Lady that helped us, Donna, was very kind, informative, respectful and compassionate. She knew just what to do to help. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!! We definitely recommend this place to all looking for a good place to get medical assistance. Also, we definitely LOVED seeing the Bible Scriptures up on the wall ~ THANK YOU for showing Christ's LOVE and not being ashamed of The Gospel. I was extremely unpleased with the baptist eye center retinopathy center. First of all we had to wait 2 hours after the original appt time, Secondly we asked for our son to have the numbing drops right before they put those metal things in his eyes and they did not obey our wishes, they said we weren't taught that way and we dont think it helps them. Third we had car trouble one day so I called and rescheduled and they called back and said she's gonna go blind if you don't bring her in Thursday and I said he's a boy and she continued calling him a her. I would not recommend anyone to this hell center.I wouldnt even have given them 1 star but it made me.
Michael and the entire staff were professional, punctual and competent. I am so much better and will not need surgery now. Love this place.
Absolute bull^h*t place to go. No one in the waiting room, one patient exits, i go back after 45 minutes and waited another 30 minutes. The nurse was unprofessional and it was like a morgue; no one anywhere. i'm sure there wasn't even a doctor or apn present and i wasn't going to wait until they decided to come in. Also they wanted payment up front so i had to tell them i wanted my money back (debit card) took five or more days for them to fix that. I could have gone to my regurlar Dr. if I wanted to sit around and waste my time.
We were there for for over a hour and a half they call three people back finally we left after not one person we saw went back ha left... They kept saying it will be 15-20 min wait to everyone that came in by the time we left the waiting room was filled... One lady waited 40 mins (one of the the three )was there just to get a tb test read...
I had an appointment today at 8:00 AM with Dr. Melnyk as new patient had all paper ready with me and paid my co pay . I asked Julie the front desk around 8:30 as how long I should wait been waiting for 30 min.Ms said they only have a 1 nurse .waiting another 12-15 minutes and went back and let know I wanted to speak to the manager , and she was there with her coffee cup and paper in her hand and said she was sorry they are short staff , so my question is what is she doing to avoid that. I asked for my co pay back and I will never go there nor refer anybody , you should not wait over 45 min for a nurse to check your weight, blood pressure and manager not capable in stepping in when short staffed… just getting paid for nothing .. SHAME
