East End Towing was an excellent business to take care of my needs. Star, the dispatcher was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Matt, the tow driver, showed up promptly and went right to work in getting things moving and getting my car to shop. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs.
They are a bunch of liars they say they will call you back an dont then when you call them they have a lame excuse they dont do warranty work like they say they just give you run around they dont my husband he wouldnt be down long going on two weeks and when we call they have some other excuse saying someone else fault not honest at all we wont be recommending them to anyone else have apologized to the ones we had they sold us a warped head and wont make it right they just lost an good customer
A friend borrowed the bike on Saturday and didn't make it back home. After calling, he said he would bring it home after work on Monday. Before he could get it home, it broke down and he said he knew he didn't put bad gas in it. What the h***?!? I had to call a tow because I couldn't run the risk of damaging the bike further. Taylor was there within the time frame quoted, I paid what was quoted and my bike was well secured and made it home.
They had my car for over two weeks. I didn't get 7 miles before it died and I had to pay to have it towed back to them to have another thing fixed (more money) they would have caught had they driven more than around the block. The owner called in the afternoon to say it was ready, less than 24 hours later he told me if I didn't come get it I'd be charged for storage. Plus, his shop is in a very bad part of town, the Navigation disk and other items were stolen from my car while it sat there the week they were on vacation. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional, stay away.
Horrible!! First time I picked my truck up the body side had horrible waves in it that a child could point out. When I advised them of the problem they didn't even go out and look at it. Just told me to bring it back later. When took it back they told me it would be an hour after they opened before they would go out and even look at. Needless to say I left and called the manager. Took it back and they had it a week and a half. Picked it up and they didn't even put a rock guard on and the whole side of the truck had buffing compound on it. They said they had orders the rock guard and it would be in the next week. Now three weeks later and no response from them. They have zero quality control and management thinks if you leave with your car you will forget that there are issues.
This shop is the most knowledge/clean mechanic shop I have ever visit.They are very sweet individuals..the mechanic install a engine in my pathfinder in 2 days, I have had my vehicle back for about 3 weeks, not one issue have I had..Great Recommendations
I took my 328i to this shop in November 2016 for a starter replacement. Paul was really nice and they replaced my starter. When I got my car back though, my check engine light was on. I called Paul to tell him the problem and he said he would check it out. He called me to tell me my engine heat sensor needed to be replaced and gave me a price around $200 plus. I didn't believe this at all. Long story short, I took my car to the BMW dealer regarding the check engine light and they told me my engine heat sensor was unplugged and that was what was causing my check engine light. I don't believe Paul would do something like this but someone in his shop is ripping people off and I almost became a victim too.
Horrible! I went there to just get a tire repair, and it took two hours and they wasn't busy at all and customer service was terrible, farewell to that sears auto center cause I will not be going back and I don't recommend!!
My wife broke down in Little Rock on a T and AAA sent Lucky Towing and Recovery to transport her car to a local Ford dealership. The car was loaded onto the wrecker at 7:30 pm and the Ford dealer keeps the gate open until 8:00 pm. The driver informed my wife that he would not take it the Ford dealer because the gate was closed and he need to take it to a house. We live in Alabama so there was no house to take it to. He told my wife that we would be charged a $50 storage fee for keeping the car overnight but it would be taken to the Ford dealer the next morning. As of 2:00 pm the next day, the car has still not been delivered to the Ford dealer. If the dealer cannot fix my wife's car by close of business Friday, she will have to stay the weekend and leave Monday, costing us hotel room fees and missing a day of work. As a husband, I am pretty angry because I feel my wife was taken advantage of. If the driver didn't feel he could make it to the Ford dealer by 8:00 pm when the gate closed he should have explained that to her. However, no explanation was given as to why the car was not taken to the Ford dealer the next morning.
