I have lived here for 11 years. These apartments have large rooms, the master bedroom and kitchen are huge. Kitchen has enough room for a kitchen table beside having a dining room. The closets are large walk ins. Has washer and dryer hookups , 2 full size baths and a fireplace. The complex is quiet and pet friendly. Maintenance is fast to respond, even on weekend if you need them, and office staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a health food store and a Kroger near by along with several fast food places ... Taco Bell, Sonic, Arbys, McDonalds, Firehouse Sub, Dunkin Donut, Starbucks and more. All in all it is a great place to live.
Absolutely the best price on college books and as long as you follow the instructions on returning the book, it works perfectly. They are the first place online that I check when purchasing my son's textbooks.
This is a horrible place to live. If you do drugs or like getting mugged, this is the perfect place for you to live. I literaly can not go a day without being approached by ghetto hoodrats that either ask me for $$ or if I want to buy drugs. My neighbor has people banging on his door at all hours of the night and every time he decides to light up, it comes right through the vents, which are shared.0 starsOn top of all of that, if you need something fixed forget about it. We had a mouse in our apartment for a month before they sent pest control, our firealarms did not work for months, and our stovetop turned on by itself for months until it was finally fixed by a friend. The laundry room is a joke. It takes your quarters and does not clean your clothes correctly. The only time I used it, I went right outside to check my mail, only to come back to see someone had stollen my detergent and my clothes. The staff said they were not responsible and could not help. Hmmm so why is there a camera in the room. The gate is broken most of the time, the UALR trolley no longer makes a stop at the apartment, and good luck getting your security deposit back.
HORRIBLE!!!!!I mailed my book back to them without knowing that the USPS gave me a faulty tracking number. The book never got back to them and with back and forth between them and the USPS I STILL got charged my book!!!! I had a picture WITH THE DATE of the tracking number when I mailed the book back to them. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE!!!!!
They did a great job when i was in a jam on my tree work and they get 5 stars for their work on 30th and jefferson street. Highly recommended.
Warm environment. Inspiring message. Great worship experience. Even though there are a lot of people I still felt welcome and like there was a lot for me to do and be a part of. I will definitely go back.
They are rude, disrespectful, and have terrible customer service. Please be careful if you choose to work with these people. Protect yourself, buy insurance and tracking. Do not use their label. I sent two books back using their label. Four months after accepting my two books back into their inventory, without an email, a phone call, no communication--they charged me $200 to my credit card. When I called, they say they did inventory four months after I returned their books, couldn't find the book, so they charge the last person they think had the book. This isn't right.
Renttext are crooks. I mailed out the book before the due date with their shipping label. After 5 months was charged the price of the book without even an email asking for the book. If you do rent from them DO NOT USE THEIR SHIPPING LABEL. PAY YOUR OWN SHIPPING AND ADD TRACKING. THEY ARE THIEVES!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONES, ONLY BY EMAIL. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Based on my first visit today for the Palm Sunday service I was touched by the warmth of the people and the amazing art representing the cruxification of Christ. I hope to get involved with this church.
Are you tired of warming a pew and wondering if that is really what Jesus intended our relationship to be with God and the world? Canvas Community is a gathering of the United Methodist Church with a strong desire to live the words of Jesus Christ through mission work. We serve our homeless friends and our neighbors in need weekly. Services are Monday night at 6:30 and you might find yourself sitting next to a lawyer, a college student, a homeless person or someone recovering from an addiction. Tuesdays we have an arts program, Wednesdays is Dinner & A Movie night. Canvas welcomes people how they are and where they are on life's journey. Check us out!
