I went when they first opened and had a horrible experience, decided to try it again over a year later and service was horrible. The server didn’t put our order in, food or drinks. Disappeared for long periods of time, pretty sure he was on drugs. We complained to management and they did nothing. We will not be back.

First time here. Awesome food and the hot croissants covered in honey butter are to die for. Excellent service.
Our waitress was annoying. The restaurant try to say that they had the best French New orleans-style food ever. Little did she know the couple we were with are from New Orleans born and raised around there and then me and my husband lived very close and we know exactly what New Orleans style red beans and rice, etouffee and all that food should taste like. The waitress kept saying how great the food was and that it was just as good or if not better than New Orleans. The food was poor they promised us each a free muffin because we had never been there before. But when we got our bill we were charged for all the muffins so then when we got home they we're very dry and yuk!The food and service was awful.
Wow- just saw advertisement on TV news on channel 11, and I even took a photo of worker in kitchen NOT wearing gloves while putting a handful of something (chopped eggs or corn?) on a plate! Geesh! This is totally unsanitary!! This should be addressed ASAP~!
Whenever I am in the neighborhood I always dine at Cheddar's. The food is very good and the service is better. A good experience from the time I walk in the door. I like the ambiance.
Went there to eat today. The food was good but the waiter sucked. After we checked out the waiter chased us down on the parking lot and was asking why we didn't give him a tip. For one he had a snotty attitude and when he put the plates down on the table he slammed them down and slung food all over the table. Will definitely NOT be going back... If you go be warned not to get STEPHEN for your waiter.
Have been regular diners since Mimi's opened in Little Rock... Over the past year service has dropped off incrementally with each visit... but the food was still great so.... Tonight, the usual poor service and 45" later when the food finally arrived it was like warm... Chef? Server? We no longer care, we are done with Mimi's until we see an "under new management" item in the local paper. What a shame... This used to be a great restaurant :-(
It's was exactly what I expected from D&B's!. Food was good, and atmosphere was great! Not as large as the West Coast D&B's but perfect for LR. I expect to see one in NLR soon.
I have several complaints. First we waited almost 2 hours to be seated after being told that it would be 30 mins to an hour wait for a party of 13 and I knew that we may at least be waiting 45mins but 2 hours is ridiculous. After we were sat we then had to wait and hour for our food, which i didnt understand, so we then ask to speak with the kitchen manager bc he was in charge of the food. He would not come out to speak with us, he then sent two other managers that we didn't ask for to the table we spoke with them they were very polite and they advised that the kitchen manager Tom Williams didn't want to come out bc someone had to have told us who he was, so we said thats fine he doesnt have to come out but to let him know that it was very unprofessional for him to not come and speak with his guest. Later the kitchen manager Tom Williams along with the General manager Norris Samuelson came out. And the first thing Tom said was yall were asking for me so now what do u want. So we begin to explain why we ask to speak with him and he kept saying loudly I DONT UNDESTAND WHY YOU WANT TO TALK TO ME!!! SOMEBODY HAD TO SAY SOMETHING TO MAKE YOU ASK FOR ME! So i stated Tom that he was being very rude and unprofessional, and that the way he was speaking to us is unacceptable and while all of this is going on the General Manager stood there and let him speak to us like that. Then I ask Norris the GM if he was going to let this man speak to us that way. AND he said Well yall are not the only people in the restaurant and I said sir I work in food service and I understand how this works and he said well that's well and good that your in food service but it doesn't matter at this point. And at this time my grandmother was trying to get his attention and she placed her hand on his and he yelled at her and pushed her hand away saying DON'T U TOUCH ME and storms off, and went to tell the police officer that we said we weren't paying our bill and to escort us out. We never once got up to leave nor did we say we weren't going to pay our bill we all had our money out waiting on our server to cash us out. I'm high upset the way he treated my grandmother and I will be posting my experience on every social site and any place I can rate Cheddars. And despite the horrible experience I've had in the past I decided to give Chaddars another try and this happens. I will never eat here or spend my money here again until yall get some better management on your team bc this is highly unacceptable. Our server Robin was EXCELLENT she was very attentive to our needs, and she voiced her apologies for what happened and she hoped to see us again.
