I wrote back in September how horrible this management company is. Now I'm having trouble selling my townhouse cause of the destruction. I had to spend $2000 to have it painted to look half decent ( by the way he told me he knew a painter who would do it for $3500. Umm wonder what he was going to add to his pockets. I had to pay for cleaners who did Nothing! My husband went down and cleaned more,then my agent cleaned again! All sorts of crap under the bed! Filthy, destroyed furniture, and stolen items! Now today my agent asked me what happened to the wall in the crawl space? appareny there was a portion of the crawl space on the ceiling cut out and sloppily put back! Probably hiding drugs, cause when my husband went to clean their were " empty viles" in the same bedroom with blood on the walls! He knows me living in NY makes it hard to sue him, so this is the best I can do is WARN others DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The only thing they did was collect the rent! And I guess because he's stupid he wrote me the months before rent check from his account. So because it bounced I didn't get my deposit back, nor my last months rent! So many management companies out there.... Don't choose this one!! Oh I supposedly have to give a rating to post this, so I will give it one star.... but in reality it's a minus 10!
