Tumble Zone Children Gym

We signed our daughter up for the 3-4 years old weekend classes when Tumble Zone first opened in the summer of 2014. After about 6 or 7 weeks, the owner suggested we move her to a parent-and-me class for children 2-3, stating that based on their observations, it would benefit our daughter more than the current class she was in. We agreed to try it out, and attended two parent-and-me classes. Both turned out to be a disaster, so we
asked to switch her back to the 3-4 class that we originally signed up for. At that point we learned that the class was no longer available (which makes me question the original reason they asked us to switch). They suggested we bring our daughter back in 6 months to see if she does better. We asked for a refund on the remaining balance (3 classes) and were told that they can't offer a refund but we can use the remaining 3 classes when she comes back 6 months.

Fast forward six months later, we emailed the owner asking to bring our daughter back for 3-4 weekend class and the response was that the class is not available currently but they are projecting the class to be reinstated in the Fall (another 6 months from now). It seemed unreasonable to wait another 6 months in hopes that they will have enough kids to ore-open the 3-4 weekend class. We asked for a refund due to their inability to provide the service we originally signed up and paid for. Once again they refused to offer us a refund.

As a new business, they should reevaluate their priorities and focus more on the customer than the money, this will take them a lot further in the long run.

Sorry you feel this way, our Policy is No Refunds if you do not cancel before the pay period your credit never expires and classes can be used anytime. Unfortunately, we felt your daughter was not ready We suggest the parent child class for child who are not able to take classes independently. We hope you use the classes when she is ready in the Fall. Our Saturday class is still running.
