I had to find a new gynecologist being that my original one that I've been with for over 15yrs retired,I was so upset it took me a year to start searching for a new doctor. I began my search right here in yellow pages I finally found Dr. Sana. Obaid which office is across the street from my primary doctor. A week before my appointment with Dr. Sana Obaid I had to see my primary doctor whom informed me that I had fibroids three at that and one of them was really big. That explained all the pain and problems I was experiencing since I last seen my former gynecologist. Dr. Sana Obaid made me feel so welcoming and comfortable she was so nice,profession,caring and listen to all my concerns and my whole history that I had with my former gynecologist. Also I have to point out her assistants are so sweet,polite and professional and the office is clean and comfortable. Now fast forward to my hysterectomy surgery before it was done Dr. Sana. Obaid explained every detail on what going to be done how I will feel afterwards she left nothing out she made me feel I really was in good hands. The morning of my surgery Dr. Obaid came to see me before they put me to sleep she asked was I ready and said everything will be just fine I want even nervous I was more anxious. when I woke up after the surgery was complete Dr. Obaid was right there by my side saying everything went great I did good and she will see me in one month. I went into the hospital at 5:30am to prep my surgery began at 7:30am I was discharged at 2pm the nurses couldn't believe how I was getting out the bed walking to the restroom on my own I felt like I had nothing done at all it was amazing. When I got home i had very little to none lower abdominal pain i took one prescribed Motrin 800mg and that light lower abdominal pain I was feeling was gone within 20 minutes. I have had no pain medication since the day i was discharged. Long story short I'm doing great and going back to work thank you Dr. Sana Obaid good job !
