I Switched over to the Pharmacy at Walmart because i had to many Problems With Walgreens and Wanted to See if it was Any Better Service then the Interigation i Received Every month when i filled the same Medicine that i Got and never Changed. But was always a problem there..I couldn't believe how i was welcomed there and how Helpful the Pharmacist was..She went out of her way to call other stores to fill my medicine when they didnt have enough. .And followed up with me to make sure all went well with it..It didnt go well with the Manahawkin store who gave me the same problems i would get at Walgreens. .But she helped me with my doctor to get everything straight and it was Great...Ive sent at least 5 people there because of how Great the Service is and Very Thankful for the opening of your Store...Thanks Again ...and ill keep the good word going..
Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. My daughter was prescribed a cream that was $300 on Thursday 11/19 and was not covered by insurance, which is not walgreens fault. I came in on Saturday with a coupon from the drug company and wanted to see if they accepted the coupon. The technician said yes with the coupon it would be $60, but they did not have the cream on hand because they wanted to confirm with us that we wanted the cream because it was expensive. They said they could have it Monday after 4 pm. My wife receives a voicemail on Monday saying there was a delay with the medicine. My wife calls the Pharmacy and they tell her the cream was going to be $300. My Wife explains the interaction I had with the technician on Saturday 11/21. The pharmacist told her he didn't know what coupon she was talking about and the never gave me a price on Saturday. I went back to the pharmacy on Monday after work to talk with someone. The Pharmacist tried to say we did not qualify for the coupon because we have insurance. I produced the coupon and showed her where it stated "Patients that have insurance but there plan does not cover the medicine" . she then said have a seat I will look into it. After a few minutes she said "the coupon should work but I cant get the system to accept it. I will call the number on the coupon card and get back to you tomorrow morning." the called my wife this morning and said that we no longer qualify for the coupon. Somehow we went from qualifying on Saturday to "not knowing what we were talking about" on Monday morning to "the coupon should work on Monday night to you no longer qualify on Tuesday morning.
