CubeSmart Self Storage

I normally don't write reviews, but I have had the most horrible experience with them- Please don't use this storage; they made it mandatory that we all have insurance and then they take it off- the whole time I'm thinking I have insurance all of a sudden as I get ready to release my things out of storage and find out that my items are RUINED it has rained in my INSIDE storage- it has ruined my king size mattress, box springs and my couches. Then they tell me the lady took my insurance off months ago-She was not authorized to do such a thing- I wonder if she is stealing money- I spoke with the Manager Chris he stated he would take care of it, I have called and left numerous messages for him no return call- Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE, finally I was able to call and get him then he tell me will call back in 30 minutes I haven't heard from his since that was a week ago I am frustrated and disappointed basically I was paying for a storage for nothing cause majority of everything was in their was ruined. I have not been compensated for the damage. A DISAPPOINTED customer.

This is the first review I've written about any business, and I'm only doing it to warn anyone who is thinking about renting space here. It may be the nicest and cleanest storage facility in the Lithia Springs area, but they do not know how to treat customers and frankly could care less about you as their customer. I am moving this month to a space that is not as nice just to get away from them. They sold my mother-in-law's contents without telling us even though I had three other units there as well and was up there all the time. No remorse, not even an apology, and certainly no acceptance of responsibility. We are working on filing a lawsuit. Then even after all that they charged us late fees when the due date fell on a holiday. They said they would refund them and let me know that they did it and they never followed through on either. This is a nice facility, but a terribly run business. I can tell they are losing customers since it's the first time they've had space available signs up since they've opened, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this kind f treatment. I hope this review saves even one person from renting from this facility. Their incompetence was admitted to my by an employee there and they really don't deserve anyone's business.

These people claim they sold my stuff after being one month late with rent, while I was in the hospital giving birth to my son. The black guy told my he tried calling & sent notice. He Lied. Personally, I believe he took my stuff for his on personal use. My husband & I had lawn mower, toolbox with tools, electrical items 2 bedroom sets, custom made comforter sets, 6 disc cd player. All our family pictures, part of my dinning room set, fine china antique furniture & clothing for my Me my husband & child, antique porcelain dolls I've been collecting for ever. My husband's High school trophy's & baseball card that was worth alot of money ....etc. I have no pictures of my father to show my infant son because of these people's greed for money. Once we bought our home we had nothing to put in it because these people robbed us. So Please, Do not be fooled them being so concern & polite. They had us fooled! I just want to say who ever has my family items: I hope you enjoy it! Because no good luck can come from it
