If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. These people are beyond dishonest and down right rude! My best advice? Take your hard earned money elsewhere!!! The sales people act like they can't grant your every wish when you're in their showroom ready to buy a car. But when it comes down to actual paperwork these people will royally screw you over. If it doesn't benefit their pockets or ego you'll be hung up on or ignored. Not to mention once I called the sales manager Ken, to resolve my issue, he thought the solution was to hang up on me. I'm still waiting on a response from their general manager at the moment. UPDATE: their general manager had the audacity to say I can see why someone would hang up on you. After dealing with the worst customer service of my life I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Run do not walk! I wish my son had read the reviews prior to purchasing a car from these people and he would have seen how unscrupulous this business is. We are in the process of getting a lawyer to resolve his issue. From day one he had issues from getting paperwork for his tag, to where we are today due to them taking the car back, after the manager agreed to a week later payment. Then the manager gave him one price to recover the vehicle, refused to take the funds and then told him he must pay the entire loan. The office staff is rude and unprofessional.....I am amazed that they are still in business. Again, if you are in need of a vehicle DO NOT purchase one from this business continue your search elsewhere. Take it from a mother that is currently going through this with her son.
The girl in the office is a bugaboo. Acts like she has personal problems with client. Calls and harassed job for minimal reasons. Can't give some people any kind of employment if they are not used to anything or making the pennies they are making. She probably agitates the sh#t out of everybody she's around. They should fire her and fine her for impersonating a professional. The owner is cool though and so is the mechanic. The finance department seems a little shady though. Gotta check my balance every 2 weeks through Scorsese. Imma sell this piece of sh#t car when I pay it off. Hopefully they fire this girl or move her to another department. She is terrible and makes the company look cheap and sound thirsty. Smh.
OMG ---- Where do I start? The garbage they sell as cars? The shady management? Or the horrible way they conduct business! My daughter bought a car from them that had problems day one! They gave her the run around for weeks before patching up the job. We had to buy brake lights, buy an ANTENNA that should have came with the car, AND pay numerous mechanics to find out why the car won't stop overheating. The owner of this company Antwon felt the need to repo her car before her first payment was due because she failed to pay her tag and title fee! PLEASE go to anywhere but here! Do not get your money swindled by Ed and Antwon!! The law states we have 30 days to pay the taxes and my daughter only had the car for 3 weeks. Just plain inconsiderate!
Bait and switch! Jay, the salesman was very nice but the price for my trade that he agreed to on the phone was off by over $6000 when the sales manager made the offer. Drove 120 miles on misinformation!

Me and my husband were in need of a vehicle due to the fact I was 35 weeks pregnant and would need a second source of transportation. Originally we had placed a call to kieth the "general manager" he had said the right things to get us to come out and look at their cars. Knowing our situation he had assured us that all cars were in great condition and completely safe for a new baby to be in. He proceeded to sell us a vehicle with frame damage without disclosing the issue. We had paid more than half of the total of the car before we left that day witch was January 11, 2017 on January 18th I called because the car had broken down and wouldn't move so since I paid 400$ for a warranty I needed that information he told me he would get back to me in just a bit with my information they then ignored my phone calls until the 25th of January in which they emailed me my warranty paperwork when I called the company my warranty paperwork was falsified and filled out and sent in on the 22nd with such inaccurate information with the actual miles and what not on the car I did not have a warranty anymore. So they made me pay to tow the car to their shop. That's fine as I did so I went in on the 31st of January to make a payment as well as get my car. According to them they have been driving it around and can't figure out what's wrong that they will call me when they get it fixed. So I made my payment and left. It is now march 3rd 2017 and my phone calls have been ignored when I go in I am ignored like I'm not there. They have sent me paperwork saying that I owe them more than what the car was originally priced at with repo fees added when they have had my car since before February. They have stolen my money and car and now demand even more money and threaten legal action. I would take your money somewhere else because they are not looking to be honest and sell you a good vehicle.
I have been going to this dealership for years and know to expect to wait at least 2 hours for and oil change without an appointment. The first time I actually scheduled an appointment the oil change still took 2 hours, i was told it would take about an hour. The service rep CHRISTOPHER HUDSON had no idea why it took so long. I asked if there was anything the dealership did for customers when the service takes longer than estimated. He answered NO but with an attitude as if I wasn't supposed to ask! Then he proceeds to state that people always want something for free. I repeated to him I did not ask for anything for free, I asked if there was anything they did for the customers in instances such as this. I ended the conversation with him and spoke with the service manager. Before I could even say his name they new who I was speaking about. SO I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS COMPLAINED about him. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMER WE ARE THE REASON YOU ARE THERE! THIS SERVICE WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
John Thornton Chevrolet refused warranty work on my 2013 Equinox currently UNDER RECALL for faulty wiper blades that stopped working in a rainstorm because - wait for it - Chris from the Service Dept. says, "GM doesn't have a solution yet, so you'll have to pay for the work ... we have to earn a living. ... Don't you!?" This is after they said it would take TWO WEEKS to get windshield wipers from GM. Or to translate: "We don't want to do warranty work."I called Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Buford and explained the situation. Their response: "Sir, we'll get your wipers repaired and running until GM comes up with the proper replacement parts. It's raining outside this week and your safety is more important than charging you for warranty work you shouldn't be burdened with in the first place. See you first thing tomorrow morning!" Quality customer service is the lifeblood of any dealership - Rick Hendrick of Buford understands this. But Chris at Thornton is also correct; everyone has to earn a living, but you won't earn one very long by placing profits over principal and refusing to back the vehicles you sell - especially ones that have the potential to place your customers' lives in danger.
