General Info

The Evolving Center, LLC provides group and individual therapy and instruction in a beautiful studio in the West Street Yard in Litchfield. Connecticut. We are also available to bring our services into the community as well as for running workshops and lectures on various topics in health, creativity, and well being. We work with all ages and all populations.

Services/Products

The Evolving Center. LLC provides services in four areas: individual and group dance movement therapy,wellness classes, education through movement, and dance instruction. Our group therapy sessions, called "Reclaim", have 4 areas of focus: medical illness, depression and anxiety, trauma, and addictions. Wellness classes focus on stress management. Our education through movement class is called "Moving Interaction", and is for children ages 7- 15. Here we focus on gaining social and communication skills in a positive and nurturing environment. Dance classes include Choreographer's workshop, Intergenerational dance group, Improvisation, and modern dance.

We are located in the West Street Yard in Litchfield, Connecticut. This lovely, historic, restored space also houses Charym Yoga and several wellness practitioners.
