I live on the westside. Ive been complaining we have no tanning beds around is. I drove by and seen it. I went in the staff is very sweet and knowledgeable. Helpful as well and care about you and what you want. Try to get you the best deals. The beds OMG they r awesome. Mini mega is the best! When they work that part is a lil inconvenient. The fact there are not many beds is another mark against but tolerable. They have great hrs, and a different lil special 7 days a week ex: 5$ any bed any level ( not sure what day that is u have to check it out) i think there lotion prices are way to high especially for rhe westside. Even with 25% off for vip members its outrageous ( order lotions online "tanninglotionsoutlet,) Great prices!!!!!. Anyway i recommend the new place not to be confused with the other store Lincoln Village they are not affiliated in any way. Its definitely worth your time to give it a shot.

Worst tanning experience ever. And I've been tanning for 20 years. The manager here was the most rude and unprofessional woman I've ever met in my entire existence. My daughter and I went in and both got a tanning package @30 each) also bought a $70 bottle of tanning lotion. Within one week of having our package we were getting different stories of what our package included. We were told several times that we had one package and we had another. Every single time, without fail, when we were going to tan there would be a discrepancy and how many minutes we could get in each bed. And the minutes you get in every bed varies per location. My daughter actually had an interview with the manager of this location and the woman left her waiting for two hours my daughter finally got up and walked out. This is honestly the worst place ever. I'm going back to dolphin beach. Epic failure.
Beds are great but the girls that work there are some of the nicest I have ever encountered! Thank you for always being helpful!

Employee's son is allowed to beg money from patrons. Establishment allows people off the street to come in and beg money from patrons. Employees spend more time smoking right at the front doors, allowing smoke to billow into the cleaners. Place is dirty and expensive.
This is the best tanning salon I have ever been to. The owners are awesome and are great at helping their clients select packages. It is also the cleanest tanning salon I've seen. I highly recommend them!

Apparently under new management within the last 6 months... Take my advice, DONT go here. First off, they don't offer any refunds, so what does that tell you...They only offer single sessions, weekly packages, and monthly packages. No minute packages. So I decided to try out the monthly package. First thing I found out, their hours aren't what's advertised. They're open 12 pm-8 pm throughout the week and only 11-3 on Saturday's. Closed Sundays. Within a week of coming here, I've had 3 bad experiences. 1.) I came on a Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon... Their sign was lit up but the door was locked... Then weren't even open from 11-3 on Saturday the next day. So I came in a couple days later and it was explained to me that there was a family emergency and whoever was suppose to work didn't show up. How professional. So I said its fine, I would like to tan today then. There were only TWO working beds... I'm like okay whatever. I get in the bed, EXTREMELY small and cheap. There's no fan inside of it so you sweat yourself out in 5 minutes. I ended my session early. Come back the next day and same thing, only 2 beds which were both being used. I explained to the lady that I've been inconvenienced since I got my package and asked for a partial refund. "Oh well we don't offer ANY refunds." With them not doing any refunds to unsatisfied customers... That basically means they can do whatever they want whenever they want because they already have their money. I wouldn't be upset if I had a minutes package, with monthly tanning you're limited on time and want to get your money's worth. So even under their horrible inconveniences, they still refused me a refund. Save yourself the trouble!! I'm not the only one with these inconveniences. Don't waste your money!
I have been going to Express Tan for nearly 20 years. It is the best bargain for the money that I have found in the city. I have checked out other salons but have never found one as good as Express. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They help in every way they can. I would never think of going anywhere else and highly recommend Express Tan to everyone
I have psoriasis and have tried many prescription creams over the past 25 years. None of them worked for me...however, I have had GREAT results with tanning at Express Tan! My skin has cleared in just a few months! My self confidence is back. The owners really care about helping people deal with various skin conditions. I am SO THANKFUL that this kind of help is available!
