I would stay away from Chris Tree Service.

I’ve never been able to reach anyone directly by phone over the past six weeks of working with them. They screen all calls, which is a bad sign. They eventually returned my voicemail and came out to bid on trimming 10+ trees but removing several others. We called back to accept their bid (took several calls to them plus more delays for a return call). They said they would be back in touch with an appointment time.

About 10 days later I got a call at 5:30pm asking to start the following morning. I asked for a little more notice on another appointment. I was told they can’t schedule in advance since they don’t know what workers they’ll have any given day. I was told they would check into another date and would call me back. That was about 2 weeks. Multiple voicemails left, no return calls.

If this is how they treat their customers before a job, I can’t imagine what would happen if something goes wrong.
