Somewhere Inn Time

The gardens are beautiful here so we thought this would be a great place to do a simple wedding and reception. We were terribly wrong. The staff was so unbelievably rude from start to finish. The owners live at this reception center and make you feel like you are invading their home even though we paid 2600.00 dollars for 31/2 hours of being treated like we were intruders, this was supposed to be a magical day for the bride and she was terribly disappointed, forget about bringing young children here, except for the owners children who were freely running through our reception and being rude to our children the staff was just awful. One staff member asked the bride if she was going to do a daddy dance and she said yes after the cake, well apparently she didn't like that answer so she said "well if I remember" guess she didn't remember, it never happened. One of the staff also said to a guest, first time at the food table and he was told not to take a sandwich so there would be enough for every one. Their family must have needed dinner this night. Gratuities are automatically added in to the final cost we now know why, they would never get one otherwise. We were scheduled until 830 by 820 they were already removing table clothes and chair covers. This was a terrible experience.
