PC Care Support was aesome! I really appreciated how quickly they were able to fix my computer. I had a lot of toolbars and other junk that I have no idea how it got on my computer, but it was making it run SO SLOW! I worked with Max, and he was great! He explained everything to me, and got my computer running just like when it was new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs computer help. Just FYI, they did it all remotely for me, so I didn't have to take it anywhere, but I also couldn't use my computer while they were working on it. Not a big deal, since I couldn't have used it anyways if I had taken it somewhere, but there were a few timees i almost used it forgetting there were people working on it.
I don't seem to understand why all of these people are having problems! This company is great! They fixed my computer issue in a matter of hours and had it back up and running like new! Thanks PcCareSupport you saved the day! Your employees were great to work with and helped me out and answered so many of my questions and were very polite! thanks again i am going to recommend you to all of my family and friends!
This company is great! PcCareSupport Really understands how to take care of there customers and for a reasonable cost! I know next to nothing about computers and they were able to take a close look into my computer remotely and find a solution for my computer in a timely matter! On 4-4-14 I attempted to reach this company to dispute a charge that I did not incur. I have held on for well over an hour. Finally called my bank to enter a formal dispute--maybe they can reach this company. No stars! They want one, guess it has to be one, but I don't mean it.
I really enjoyed the services that this company offered to me. I was able to save more money with them than using PC laptops who charges by the rate. Also they told me would take 2 weeks before it was done. I am a student I can't afford not having a laptop. I'm glad I was able to find PcCareSupport it took them only few hours same day and they offered me if the issue came back they would refund my money or do it for free. I will come back if I have more issues in the future.
PC Care support was amazing to work with! I had a ton of pop ups, toolbars, and my computer was running really slow. I knew I needed to get it fixed, and one of my coworkers recommended these guys, fast service, didn't eve have to take my computer to a shop, fixed very quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Be sure to ask for Freddy, he was great to work with!
Based on the reviews I guess you either love or hate this company. I will admit was a little hesitant to work with them but they got the job done fast and everything is working great. There employees were very knowledgeable and great to work with. I would use them again.

Horrible experience! I had called to fix a problem regarding an error on my computer, I was told that it would take a few hours to fix the problem, I checked it two days later and it was not fixed. I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and my problem was fixed for free. PC Care Support charged me $94.99 for it. When I finally got through to customer support (after 2 days of calling) I asked to get a refund for their lack of service and the customer rep. abruptly hung up on me. Rude, and a bad business: buyer beware! (By the way, they received 35 complaints on BBB).

I hired PcCareSupport to transfer data from my old computer to my new computer. When I tried to retrieve the files the next day, they were no where to be found! Later that day I received a receipt via email saying, "Thank you for your business!" The receipt totaled $500!!! BBB was contacted, and they sent false information in their claim...HORRIBLE!!
Westcass, we apologize that our services did not meet your expectations. However, we did take screen shots before and after performing work with the work that we did. You also signed our paperwork at the end of the visit to approve that the work was complete. We even offered to have the same technician come back out to make sure that you were happy with our services, but you were not interested. The email you received about the work done is a standard email sent out to every customer. Before our technician went out we made you aware that you would be charged by the hour for his time. The reason BBB closed the complaint that you had with us is because we did everything we could to resolve the issue. We take pride in our services and will do what it takes to make sure our customers leave happy. Again, we are sorry that you left with such a bad taste in your mouth. It took longer than the said, but they did great work. I just got off the phone with Sean and he was very nice and patient with me. He explained why it took longer than they thought and how I could fix my email problem in the future. They were a great company to work with.

This company is a breath of fresh air. I found them online when I was having virus problems and they answered immediately, connected me to tech and fixed within a few hours. I even subscribed to their membership and love it.

I couldn't be happier. I called pc care support when I saw they were cheaper than geek squad. They connected to my computer and fixed my problem in less than an hour and did it all for $65. I will tell all of my friends about them.
