Called to have a patient picked up from our facility and they were extremely rude on the phone and when I checked back with them because its been a long wait time. They yelled at me and hung up the phone saying "he is on his way" extremely disrespectful service and not professional at all.

HORRIBLEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The dispatcher Antonio, and the drivers are rude and disrespectful. They fail to realize that they need the customers more than the customers need them. VERYYY RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL and very RACIST!! Without customers there is no TAXI
SERVICE. I will no longer take this car service, I'd
rather WALK!! I call on the Mayors of Linden, Roselle, Rahway, Clark and surrounding towns
that use this monopoly car service to provide the constituents with other options. Constituents need to demand respectful services and file complaints with the appropriate establishments. They need competition!!
They get nooooo STARS! (the star was by default of this site) They need to be put out of business!!! It's not a free service and our residents deserve respect!! DEMAND RESPECT NOW!!!

Horrible service! driver was smoking cigarettes, driving with open windows when its freezing outside. Rude and burping like a pig.. disgusting car service and cars are crap. STAY WAY!!

Hello everyone, I am The Dispatcher Antonio that this other review is about. And I agree 100% with this young lady's review of me. I am a menace to society that's needs to be stopped before its to late. Not only am I all the things she says I am, but there is some more you should know about me. I drink human blood, I defile the honor of sheep every chance I get, I once wore women's underwear because I wanted to know what sexy felt like, I planted a tree so I had a shady place to urinate in my back yard.... The list could go on forever. I am a horrible human being, who was recently told lies, needs to lose weight and take a bath. Some one call the Governor, tell him to call in the NJ National Guard. Call a priest, reverend, pastor, imam, rabbi, and all the other religious leaders to perform a mass exorcism, not only because I'm so evil, but also because I'm so fat. DEMAND MY DISMISSAL NOW!!!!

Weekends have the best service. Spotty services during the week days. Most cars are clean and most drivers are good but not always. Office is not as clean as one would expect. Biggest complaint is lack of published fares. No where are the fares displayed, they appear to make them up as they go along, causing inconsistent prices.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF. SCAMMERS! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!



Needed a ride from the train station to where I parked my car after a flight. I took the train back to the nearest station instead of a cab from the airport to save a few bucks. The car came quickly, so they get a star for that, and the driver was friendly. However, when we got to my destination (2.1 miles, and by the way, I had to provide directions), he had a "computer problem" with the fare meter and had to reset it. After it booted up while I sat there waiting, he told me the fare was $18. Excuse me? 1 person, 1 bag he didn't help me with, 2.1 miles... I could have taken a limo for that. I think he knew it was overcharging because he said, unsolicited, that I can skip the tip if I wanted to.

This place is horrible. Took them twice cars are filthy drivers smell and the final straw was waiting for a car for 45 mins that was supposed to be there in 15 mins. I'd rather walk barefoot.

This Company is OK except when they have a D*mbAs* working in the morning around 7:30 a.m. (when you most need it) Fridays, and other days... THIS ..A..*..S--H..O-*..E.. is a guy in his mid- to late 20's/ early 30's. IT HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING. The mor*n sometimes will tell you, the taxi will be there in 10 to 15 minutes, and then 30 minutes later there is no TAXI, I will call this AH*le and ask where is the Taxi? He will answer you, “the taxi is on his way”.... FROM WHERE IS THIS F*. TAXI COMING FROM??? REALLY MORE THAN 20 MINUTES FOR A TAXI TO PICK YOU UP RIGHT HERE IN LINDEN?? MORE THAN 25 MINUTES??? WHAT THE F. MORE THAN 30 MINUTES!!! IDIOT, IF YOU HAVE NO TAXI AVAILABLE JUST SAY I HAVE NO F*.ING TAXI AVAILABLE!
