I am an Eastern Medicine Energy Healer trained in different methods of healing, including Reiki, Western Shamanism, and European techniques of Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. I work with vital energy known as prana/chi, the “life force” which is found in every living thing; the earth, water, plants, animals, and the air we breathe. I work in the traditional sense with the major energy centers, known as the chakras and the luminous energy field surrounding the human body, known as the aura. And, I work with inner thoughts, patterns, and habits of the subconscious mind on a very deep soul level. The methods I am trained to practice bring about health and well-being for all the aspects of you: Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual. By connecting you with your body and your own body’s wisdom these sessions are known to reduce physical and emotional Pain, work through Anger, reduce Anxiety and Stress and other unwanted emotions such as fear, guilt, jealousy, and shame and restore you to health. In these sessions I offer healing tools that are specifically designed to connect you with what’s alive within you. When each of us connect with what’s alive within us we begin to see ourselves as the unique individual human that is host to a beautiful and loving soul. These healing tools guide you toward inner peace, relaxation and deep feelings of balance and grounded-ness.

Tami travelled the U.S. for an education in the healing arts and now combines different techniques that created the fabulous “Transformative Energy Session”. Tami; both a practitioner and teacher is a certified Tibetan Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Healing and Reiki Drum Healing therapist with the International Center for Reiki in Sedona, Arizona. Tami is also a certified Transpersonal & Clinical hypnotherapist, and Past Life Regression therapist with the Michael Newton Institute, Hypnotherapy Training Institute in California, and the Holistic Healing Center in New York. She is also a practicing Shaman with teachings from The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Foundations of Indigenous Spirituality, and many other indigenous teachers. Tami, an avid fisher-woman spends weeks in the Maine woods as Registered Master Maine Guide. Tami has a private healing practice in Lincolnville, Maine and Winn, Maine. She is also owner of Nature Bound Retreats, combining healing and nature; where well-being takes place on all levels, and co-owner of Maine’s Outdoor Learning Center, leaders in outdoor education since 1997. Tami has been practicing, teaching, and offering wellness retreats since the late 90’s.
