Let me tell you about my experience with ez way. I purchased a car from them, and it ran great for the first month or so, then it started refusing the crank up. They had a fairly battery in it. I literally had to jump it off every time I went to crank it. I called to complain about it, and they refused to do anything to help me with the bad battery they had in their vehicle, even though I hadn't had it for more than 30 days at this point. But I sucked it up, and paid for a new battery. Now fast forward, I haven't had the car for a year. To be more exact, about 8 months. The car starts messing up again. Shaking, making funny noises, not accelerating ETC. And these were not issues due to maintenance as I change the fluids regularly and keep good tires on it. I call again, and they tell me to take it to the shop that my warranty is still good. No problem at all. However I need a car in the meantime and they flat out refuse to help me with a loaner or give me any options. They have had my car in the shop for over a week now. It was faulty spark plugs that need to be replaced and in spite of the warranty dept. Telling me it was covered, it in fact was not, so now I have to once again, pay out of my own pocket for faulty parts that they should have fixed, but I also have to make a payment on a car I haven't been able to drive. Of course I tried to call them to see if I could work something out as far as my payment goes, and all I get is an automated machine saying they are closed. On a Tuesday! I haven't been able to talk to anyone! I've been very patient, and courteous up to this point but my patience has run out!!!! Tell me ez way, do all your cars have faulty parts? Do you not care that your making people pay for your cars and the work that should have been done on them? I'll tell you this much, if it wasn't for the fact that I desperately need this car, I would throw the keys back in your faces and tell you to take it.
Manny, Javier and staff are the nicest and most honest car repair people I have ever dealt with. Kim at the front desk is so very pleasant and knowledgeable and do not forget their greeter (Lexus, the cat). I have a 2002 Corrolla and they arfe the only people I trust to work on it.
This places has cut my sons car off many times. If you are not even 1 day late it will be cut off. They will harass you at home with calls uncontrollably. My son still has his car but sometimes can't get to work because of them shutting it down on him for late payment, he's almost to the point of returning the car because of the stress they have put on him. I will never ever ever buy a car from them again. Beware it's a set up for you to lose your car
Hi, I love my Mustang convertible aka grey. Hope and Rick (Lincolnton Office) were patient with me when choosing and financing my car. I chatted with Chelsea constantly for three months helping search for the right car. I knew what I wanted and didn't settle for anything less. If you need to rebuild your credit give them a call. This is the second time we have dealt with EZ Way in Lincolnton. And honestly have to say they have never been nothing but great to us. They have always been able to help us without the pain of most dealerships. We Loved our first SUV and drove it over a year with nothing more than having the oil changed, and hope to get the same service from our new truck. And when it is time to trade again you can count on we will definitely be returning.
The staff there was friendly and helpful. Hope put my family and I in the car of our dreams. I would refer EZ Way to my friends.
This place are "CROOKS" will never buy another car from them. Buyers beware!! If they repo your car you have 10 days to pay or then they send letter saying you must pay car off within 10 days. They go through all your personal things and then turns your tag back in. I would not send anyone to them. CROOKS!!!!
I encourage anyone who thinks about buying a car from Darin Brooms to go to Kelly Blue Book. com and look at the price of the car you are thinking about buying.. Prices are jacked way up.. No customer service.. Guys told us at Darin Brooms in Lincolnton he would call us and no call... I was not impressed with the quality of the cars or staff of this location...
