I have ordered from this restaurant many times and the food and staff have always been good. I purchased 4 Restaurant dot com vouchers to use there ($4 each for a $10 value.) Today I was told there is a new owner and he refuses to honor these already purchased unused vouchers. Although he has canceled the agreement with a Restaurant dot com, I see no harm in honoring the previously purchased vouchers bringing you business. This is unacceptable in my opinion. They have lost me and anyone I know as a customer.All I could get was an "I'm sorry" from the girl at the register and "there is nothing we can do." No compensation of any kind is just not how you do business. To add insult to injury, we got home and the food was not the same and neither were the portions. Too bad. WAS a great place.
